"At check in we were offered to upgrade to a room with a view and an additional charge of 50k. After agreeing and paying we went to the room, when we arrived at the room I opened the balcony door and what we saw was not a view but the street and the hotel parking area. Disappointed because the hotel staff did not explain in detail and did not explain that there was only one room left. Then the bathroom drain was also clogged, so the water stagnated when taking a shower. The TV did not work, making the children uncomfortable in the room."

"No Wi-Fi. Nearby there is a villa where young people sing karaoke and play the guitar every day, sometimes until 1-2 am, this makes it difficult to sleep. I hope the situation will change. Beautiful view from the second floor (take a room on the second) of the volcano. For a short stay this is a good place."

"Checked in with tons of ants on the floor and just beside beds. Request to change to another room straight but was told no more same grade room available. Cleaner come and clean the floor and we have to use back the same room. No cupboard and only 2 hangers for a 5 person room. We dont even have place to hang our clothes and towels. Price is much moreexpensive compared to the surrounding hotel too."

"We came to this hotel on night and everything have been prepared for us. We enter to the room straightaway and prepare to sleep. Book two standard hotel since we have 5 people. Even though its cheap, but we have a great stay to rest. There are hot water in the toilet room. There are no fan and a/c because the room already so cold."

"This hotel has a beautiful view, a playground, and a swimming pool. The rooms are large enough for families, but the building looks dated. Access is very easy, the location is on the roadside, and the parking is very spacious. The breakfast is quite varied and quite tasty."

"The room is clean, but the service and facilities are lacking. Towels are not asked for, not given, soap and toothbrush are not there. There is no Aqua or a place to boil hot water. The toilet can not be pressed, broken, the bathroom door handle is loose, winning in the room is spacious, clean and the place is close to the city. We chose a family room on the 3rd floor, it feels like bringing children to the 3rd floor is a bit dangerous because climbing the stairs is afraid the children will fall. I will not come here again"

The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah"

"The location is strategic and near to the other attraction places. The room just an okay but the bed is comfortable. I booked a family cottage room but the staircase quite steep and don't think suitable for an elder or child. Overall, just an okay stay."
