Love staying here. The room also clean and comfy. The staff is helpful. You can choose to stay at tongging lodge (viewpoint of lake toba) or waterfall(more nature, forest stay). They also prep a few activities for you during your stay there. I tried their coffee and tea tasting, and it was very nice! And they also have museums."

"From the outside: creepy! Transylvania Castle in the middle of nowhere... The rooms and the courtyard were nicer than expected. But the cleanliness (bathroom) was lacking... The restaurant with roof terrace was actually quite cool. But not enough seats... we sat at a side table in the middle, it was drafty... The food was quite good. But not really a feel-good experience... Breakfast: again no seats, long queue at the buffet. The food was rather mediocre. I don't need to go there again..."

"The room is clean, but the service and facilities are lacking. Towels are not asked for, not given, soap and toothbrush are not there. There is no Aqua or a place to boil hot water. The toilet can not be pressed, broken, the bathroom door handle is loose, winning in the room is spacious, clean and the place is close to the city. We chose a family room on the 3rd floor, it feels like bringing children to the 3rd floor is a bit dangerous because climbing the stairs is afraid the children will fall. I will not come here again"
