Uluna Hotel ★★
"all good"
Pariban Hotel ★★★
"Superb!!!nice place for healling. The best part is the hot spring pool"
Hotel Sibayak Internasional ★★★★
"The hotel is located at the prime tourist attraction. However it’s a bit run down and they did not maintain the cleanliness. A part from the smelly towel, the furniture is outdated. The toilet has stains. The bedsheets is torn. The tv channels reception is bad. Also the hotel has no lift. Wonder why haven’t they changed all these? The only good about the hotel is the buffet spread. A lot of varieties and most staff are friendly & helpful. Nope. I won’t stay in this hotel after this. Thank you."
Sapo Karo Rest House ★★★
"The owners are friendly and helpful. Although there's no reception, it feels like staying at home, with no strict rules, making you feel very free. One morning, I mentioned I needed to eat something because I was hungry. The owner kindly cooked mee goreng free of charge. However, the hot water wasn't working very well. Adi was very friendly and provided a detailed explanation of how to climb Mount Sibayak, including important points to consider. He also helped me repair my rented motorbike. Big thanks to the owner!"
Villa Keluarga BRE Batunanggar ★
"The rental service is not as promised, bath towels are not provided...security is not guaranteed because the room door cannot be locked, the window is broken...the TV is very badly damaged"
Panorama Guest House Syariah ★★
"Good day everyone. I will never forget my stay at this dump; you can't call it anything else. Firstly, the bedding was dirty and stained. The 'towels' were two filthy rags, about 15x20 cm. Secondly, the windows in the rooms face the common corridor, not outside. Thirdly, the soundproofing is so bad that if someone uses the toilet anywhere, the entire hotel hears it. Now, about the service. We arrived at midnight, were given keys, and told, 'You can only have halal drinks and food here.' What they meant, I don't know, but I really wanted to leave. However, we were exhausted from our journey, and the money had already been paid. We asked the reception for help with a taxi, and they replied, 'There's a bus stop over there,' and told us to find a taxi ourselves. In conclusion, NEVER stay there."
Sinabung Hills Berastagi ★★★★
"The room was large, though a bit dated. There were a few plugs in the room, and the bed would have been perfect if it had been improved, but it was acceptable. The breakfast was good. The surroundings were beautiful and great for taking photos."
Kaliaga Bungalow ★
"Sorry can’t review due to my route has been changed in last minute."
Collection O near Museum Pusaka Karo formerly 3 Berastagi ★★
"Staying at Collection O near Museum Pusaka Karo, formerly 3 Berastagi, is quite comfortable for a budget hotel. Its strategic location, close to the Museum Pusaka Karo, makes it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and standard, perfect for a relaxing break. The amenities are quite complete for the price, and the staff is friendly. Overall, it's worth it if you're looking for affordable accommodation in Berastagi 👍"

Rudang Hotel & Resort Berastagi
"Old hotel but near city"
Nachelle Homestay
"In the end, we will only remember the hallucinatory behavior of the owner who allowed herself to insult us following a simple question about the price of an extra bed that was not displayed... She did not understand the concept of hospitality and customer relations, I have never seen that in any of my many trips around the world... Avoid at all costs, there are many other accommodations in Berrastagi"
RedDoorz Near Mikie Holiday Funland Berastagi
"Very close to Mikie Funland. Polite staff. Nice room with small chairs and coffee table, spacious bathroom. Not soundproof. These were acceptable since its a budget hotel. BUT Compare to Parapat RedDoorz, this room provided small old towels. No bottled water, the sheets were not so clean, a weird smell made my friend almost vomit. She had to spray perfume to overcome the smell. The floors were not properly swept and mopped. We found hair everywhere and no rubbish bin provided."
Grand Mutiara Hotel
"Very good"
