"Booked through Orbitz. Property does not exist. Sat in a car parking lot for 3 hours trying to get help from relocation services of Orbitz in USA. They disconnected me x2 times and sent me an email they could not help as I deported call (after 2 hours on hold why would I). Orbitz email does not accept replies. If they were actually helping they would have emailed a new hotel address. No reimbursement for the booking till I did a chat 3 days later. Orbitz refuses to publish my review"

"First class accommodation and dinner. Tricky to find but we were guided in by the hotel reception. Rooms are very spacious and dinner in the evening was a great experience. Would definitely recommend. Only downside was the lift was out of order, but a small price to pay."
