"Sitting in the hotel lobby and looking at the snow outside the window is beautiful. The dinner is rich with abalone and Wagyu beef. It would be great if the service was more or less good. The hot spring is good and the outdoor scenery is beautiful."

"They offer children's toys for rent, which is a very thoughtful touch. You can see snow hangings and the snowmen they lovingly made. This place must often host tour groups; compared to the Kamenoi Hotel, it seemed quite crowded. Dinner was Japanese-style, not as relaxed as a buffet. The chef's attitude towards the complimentary dandan noodles in the evening seemed a bit tired."
