"A beautiful hotel in the magnificent setting of the Dieng Plateau. The breakfast is good. It's a shame that the cleanliness of the rooms is disappointing; I can't believe our room was cleaned. The floor was dirty, there were ants or termites under the nightstand, and the sheets were stained. The management is not accommodating; it was impossible to change our reservation to shorten our stay."

"This is my room when I got the AC and not all rooms have AC. For the room is ok, but for the toilet it's a bit smelly and there's no hanger to hang clothes when I want to take a shower. The room is also not clean. When I first entered the room, the floor was full of sand. The bed also had dirty yellow spots. For the price I paid with a building like this, it doesn't feel worth it. The building is bad. You can see the stairs. When I go down, my feet feel like they're going backwards because the stairs are not straight. Even though it's only 2 years old, it feels like an old hotel. The elevator is also bad, the elevator lights, the floor tiles are cracked. And for breakfast, I ordered boiled eggs to eat on the way. The eggs are bad. Like old eggs. They're not fresh at all. The child is limp from the eggs. Please, Horison management pay attention to all of this. The hotel has only been open for 2 years and really feels like a very old hotel."

"Checked in on 22/06/2026. Arrived at the hotel at 2:40 PM, there was no staff present, and I had to wait for about 15 minutes. The hotel's location is approximately 500m from Titik O Dieng, making it easy to walk for dinner. The location is also convenient for driving to other attractions in Dieng. The hot water was fine, just not very strong or high pressure. Breakfast consisted of fried noodles (originally promised fried rice) and sausage + nuggets. There was no Qibla direction indicator in the room. The towels smelled fresh. Everything else was okay."

"Beautiful View from Balkon to enjoy sunrise. Pleasant stay with Family. It has Only 2 Villas. There is kitchen and complete equipment. Provide Hot water, TV with netflix. The Staff is very helpful and nice. At 5 am the temperature is arround 0 degree. So prepare your Jacket and winter hat to come Dieng plateau to enjoy the sunrise."

"The service was lacking. When we arrived, the room was dirty, the trash in front hadn't been thrown away, and the bathroom was still dirty. The security guard wasn't on site, so he wasn't responsive to complaints. Drinking water wasn't available at first, and my husband said the electricity was unstable, too. The room lights were out, and the Wi-Fi was also down. It's not worth it for the price of 500. Access is also a winding staircase, making it difficult for those with suitcases. I won't be booking here again and I highly don't recommend it."
