"It was a very bad trip. I forgot two toys and two sets of make-up on the table near the window in the hotel and they all had brand new labels. But when I tried to enquire if the styles hotel had seen the forgotten items, they surprisingly gave feedback that they hadn't found anything; this is irresponsible and unprofessional hotel that should at least be proactive in informing them of the missing items. Makes me start to wonder if Germany might not be as good as the reviews on the internet."

"It is located a short distance from the busy airport on the River Main. We saw swans with their cygnets right across from the hotel. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the green trees it is named for. The beds are comfortable; the bathroom clean and updated. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The best experience was the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. They helped us with our heavy suitcases and even drove us to a wonderful Biergarten close by. Next time I have a change in Germany, I will stay an extra day just to stay at this hotel again!"

"The hotel is relatively close to the airport and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the facilities do not match the price level. Other hotels nearby have coffee machines in the rooms and offer free water - this was not offered here. What was particularly annoying was that the tap water tasted strongly of iron and was therefore undrinkable. I will probably use other alternatives next time."
