"Near the airport. Free shuttle service to and from the hotel is a plus. Nice and clean room. Breakfast buffet is great. Highly recommended."

"I stayed at this hotel after sightseeing in central Frankfurt and taking a day trip to London, and then finally heading to Berlin. The shuttle bus is really convenient, running every 30 minutes 24 hours a day. Even if you have a late-night flight, you can return to the hotel without any worries. Check-in was from 4 o'clock, but they kindly let me store my luggage. Thank you!"

"It's a new hotel, everything is new. The rooms aren't large, but they have toiletries, though no kettle. They offer airport shuttle service/departure address and time. Breakfast is generally included, which is acceptable. It's very quiet."

"It is located a short distance from the busy airport on the River Main. We saw swans with their cygnets right across from the hotel. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the green trees it is named for. The beds are comfortable; the bathroom clean and updated. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The best experience was the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. They helped us with our heavy suitcases and even drove us to a wonderful Biergarten close by. Next time I have a change in Germany, I will stay an extra day just to stay at this hotel again!"

"Great stay at NH Frankfurt Airport! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for travelers. One thing I especially want to highlight is the shuttle bus service — it was excellent. The shuttle was punctual, easy to find, and made the transfer between the airport and hotel completely stress-free. After a long flight, this service was incredibly helpful and well-organized. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Upon arrival the Receptionist was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I was placed in a room on Ground Level, facing their little Garden Area. The Room was very big, clean and allowed to be able to open the window, roll down the shutters for more privacy and allowed for outdoor seating. The bed was a Kingsize Bed and they also had a sofa Chair in there which could be rolled out for additional sleeping. They do offer breakfast at the location from 7am until 9am, which consists of fresh breads, rolls, assorted cheese, german meats, eggs, jelly, etc. Very nice and delicious and costs 16 Euros per person per day. The only issue I had with the Hotel is the Bed. It was hard as a rock, not kidding. I used the provided blanket to sleep on, but could not. It was still very hard. So, the first night I sat up in the bed against the pillow and was only able to doze off for a little at a time, but could not fully sleep and was cold as there was not additional blanket for me to use to cover myself. The next day I requested another blanket and was provided one, but even so I now had 2 blankets to sleep on, the bed was still way to hard and again, I was cold for most of the night because I had nothing to cover myself with. Based on that experience I cannot recommend the Hotel, unless you like to sleep on Cement."
