"I accidentally hit confirm, while looking at this hotel on Trip.com. I IMMEDIATELY email Trip to tell them of my mistake and they said they needed to ask the hotel if they'd refund my $190. Thinking that I was dealing with humans at the hotel, I couldn't see why they'd try to keep my hard earned money over a simple error. I check my account this morning and these mooney ************** refused to return my money! Why on Earth do they think they've got a right to keep my $190 when I didn't even set foot on their property and realized my error as soon as I made it. It's also appalling the Trip.com can sit back asnf just let them steal my money. I work hard and provide for as family. This $190 could feed us for 2 weeks but Super 8 wants to be jerks and steal the food out my children's mouth b/c of simple mistake. I am not taking this sitting down. I hope Trip.com and super 8 both read this and are ashamed of their money grab of a single father already struggling to make ends meet...."

"Our flight was scheduled for early morning. We decided to go to the airport area the night before and this hotel was perfect!The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The drawback was that the hot breakfast started at 6:30 AM but we had to leave at 6:00 AM so we had a muffin. It looked like the breakfast would have been wonderful!"

"On the entrance door is the Tripadvisor logo, which invites you to leave a review. I don't know how courage you can think a client leaves a positive review. We spent $176 for a night in a bathroom that hasn't seen a hydraulic for years! We were almost without hairdryers, but we had a stream all night, because the closed bath was also losing much water and noisy. The room was cleaned just enough, but the bathroom tubes and rubbers are roughly roughed and the water knows iron. The washing room outside the bathroom (but when?) is hard to drop the water. Two head hands have been provided, one of which is really ridiculous. Let's lose this place, his luck is only to be on a highway, but the fact that at 8.15 the reception is still closed at morning and the key is left in the hole makes it clear how they found the spacing for not confronting the client and his insatisfaction.."
