"Should have read the 2 previous reviews. Shower room in otiginal 1960's condition apart from the silicon on mould on silicon and the mould in the cracked tiles. Chose not to shower as behind the door a clump of black hair and other matter which we chose not to investigate. No top sheet on the bed, hopefully doona cover replaced after previous guests? Give this place a miss."

"We were only there for 2 days but the caravan site we had was very well maintained with a concrete pad. The family room was very cosy and a kitchen, very well worth it if you have children to keep them busy. Check in was simple making life so much easier. I would imagine to pool would be a hit in the warmer months."

"Our cabin was well laid out with a cooker, oven, microwave, tea/coffee make, cleaning utensils, cutlery and crockery, clean bed line etc. Moreover, it was set in a beautiful space facing the river and one could hear the birdcalls throughout the day. There were many aged, grand old trees around us making it feel like a forest reserve. Those who want to go boating or fishing have plenty of options out there, including pool and children's playground area. We wanted rest and relaxation, and we had plenty of that out there. If you want to destress from hectic work life, this is the place to go. We would happily go a few times more to this scenic spot. In addition, it is a 15-minute enjoyable walk to the CBD."
