"This is a beautiful hotel, offering cabins, suites, and bungalows to suit various needs. I stayed in February during the blue ice season, and the room heating was excellent. The room decor was very cozy. The only minor inconvenience was having to put the duvet cover and sheets on the sofa bed myself. Service is mostly self-service; you can get your own hot and cold water at the front desk and change your own trash bags. Despite this, I found it quite convenient during my stay. Breakfast wasn't really to Chinese tastes. There's no in-room WiFi, but that's understandable given the limited resources on the island. It's not far from the main street, and the supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk away."

"The good points: 1. Hot water in the room is readily available and unlimited. 2. The heating is excellent; even at -30 degrees Celsius, the room is perfectly warm. 3. The deluxe room has floor-to-ceiling glass doors with a fantastic view. 4. The hotel has a restaurant that is absolutely delicious; it was rated the best meal we had in Russia by other members of our group. 5. The spa is worth trying; the massage therapists are very professional. 6. The hotel receptionist will help you call a taxi. The bad points: 1. The breakfast selection is average; there are no hot drinks, and you have to pay extra for hot milk. The only coffee options are Americano and Espresso, which is quite suffocating. 2. It's incredibly noisy! You can hear everything from the next room, and I'm woken up by their alarm clock in the morning. When someone walks through the wooden corridor, the whole place feels like it's pounding. It's impossible to get a decent rest. However, this is probably a common problem with log cabins. Overall, if your budget is under 1,000 yuan, this store is acceptable; the price-performance ratio is decent."

"It's a very good hotel on the island, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. Chatting with other guests who shared a ride, we felt it was truly outstanding – great food and comfortable accommodations. The hotel is located by the lake, and during the blue ice season, you can walk directly onto the ice from the hotel, making it a quick walk to Shaman Rock. You can also borrow roller skates from the front desk for even faster exploration of the surrounding area. Overall, it feels more like a resort estate. The guesthouse's restaurant is a popular spot among locals, and the hotel breakfast is also served there as a buffet. We also tried dinner, and the food was really delicious! Especially compared to other pre-prepared restaurants recommended by travel bloggers, it's a world of difference… Plus, the restaurant has a real fireplace, which was incredibly warm! Service: The guesthouse staff are all very good-looking! They can communicate in basic English. The only downside is that the power went out briefly in the mornings, probably due to high usage during peak hours. Facilities: The room is very simple, a small wooden cabin with a balcony. Especially in the evening and early morning, the view of the snow outside gives it a Nordic feel. The bathroom has underfloor heating, and the room has central heating. If you still feel it's not warm enough, you can ask for an electric heater."

"I’ve become a huge fan of this resort, despite a rocky start. Initially, check-in was a bit of a nightmare. The owner, who looked quite stern, told me my booking had been canceled for a bizarre reason. There was a language barrier, and the translation app wasn't helping – it felt like we were talking past each other. I honestly thought my child and I would end up spending the night in the middle of nowhere. However, it turns out she's actually very kind despite her tough exterior. She made me wait a little, but eventually arranged a room for us and even upgraded us to a cabin. The room facilities were new, and the hygiene was excellent. The overall environment is beautiful, and the breakfast selection was extensive. We had a delightful two-night stay here."

"We stayed in Khuzhir village for four nights. Since we couldn't book four consecutive nights, we changed rooms at the hotel. The new room was more comfortable and had a more practical layout. The hotel restaurant was also a highlight. Lake Baikal is very cold in winter, and we ate dinner there every day. There was a charcoal fire for warmth, singers performed, and occasionally there were impromptu performances by the staff, making our cold nights much more cozy!"

"The room facilities are all there, but they are very simple. The socket is the same as in China and does not need a conversion head. The bed is 1.2 meters and sleeps well for 3 nights. There is a terrace outside the room where you can bask in the sun. The owner of the hotel is a pair of Chinese and a pair of I. They will not be very enthusiastic, but they are very kind. They lent us a shovel to dig sand and will remember my taboo. Two nights were dinner at the hotel, three dishes and one soup, very homely, very good for the Chinese stomach, good taste, it is a bit expensive. "This is a very primitive Russian hotel in a pure wooden house. There is only one toilet on each floor, and the hot water is gone. It is not crowded now in the off-season.
