"I found tiny insects on the walls and in the bathroom of my room. Some were dead on the floor and walls, while others were alive. I swept them up with a tissue rather than complaining, but it was unpleasant. The Wi-Fi is also poor in the back rooms on the top floor. I was a bit surprised to find a staff sleeping in a guest area with his feet on the sofa in the morning, especially since he later told a guest off for having feet near the sofa. Providing a good guest experience did not seem to be a priority"

"The hotel owners were very friendly and helpful. They would proactively check on guests who hadn't checked in late. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. There were FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, PX Mart, MOS Burger, and Kinmen Old Street all around the hotel. It was also very quiet at night, and I slept very comfortably. They even provided a thoughtful shuttle service. This would be my first choice for accommodation next time I visit Kinmen. Thumbs up!"
