"I had checked in with my family on 23th June 2024. The hotel is not at all like shown in Echor Website. This is one of the first hotels of Echor and it appears that the photographs were taken when it was managed well, by competent staff, many years ago. Now it is managed by a bunch of local boys who are untrained and do not know anything about hotel industry. It is simply a 2 Star hotel, which is in highly unhygienic condition. Even the towels provided were filthy. I barely could spend one night, though had booked it for 2 nights. I have attached some pictures showing the current state of the hotel. Lasty, I am giving 1 star as there is no option for ZERO Star."

"Prakash Regency is the best hotel you can find in Sangla. Rooms were clean and offered great views from the balcony. The staff is friendly and polite and ensure a smooth experience that one feels right at home. We had opted for breakfast and dinner and the spread for both the meals was elaborate. "!!!! Families please keep away !!!! Great view....and that it. Dirty, unkept rooms. We did not even ask for an extra bed as the floor was so dirty. The bathroom smelled of sewage and was dirty as well. One of the guests was complaining of flooded bathroom. No ventilation, no fan and just 1 charging point ..the list goes on. Food was average and it took a lot of time for food to be served. They have a common terrace which was being used for partying by a bunch of bachelor's till 2am and they were sitting next to our room window and hotel management did not try to stop. Due to the common terrace we were not even comfortable to change in our rooms. Think of the trauma I had to go through with my wife and teenage daughter. In the morning it was littered with cigarette butts and beer bottles which management had not tried to clean till we checked out. On top of it the when I tried to talk to the staff they were so arrogant. As per them (Mr Aditya) bad reviews does not matter, we will always do business. !!!! Really Pathetic !!!! "
