"Our stay was really beautiful and we have felt very well from the beginning. Specially good we liked the lovely prepared and very delicious breakfasts – a nice start in the day every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, hearty and helpful. The accommodation itself was also very cozy, clean and furnished with much love for the detail. The location is beautiful and perfect to enjoy the surroundings and mountains. We would come back at any time and can certainly recommend the Moonlight Chalet. Thank you for the beautiful time!"

"Hoping to enjoy a night in a beautiful place, it quickly turned into a nightmare. This establishment is unsuitable for last-minute bookings or during the off-season. Having it booked at last minute through a third-party platform, it was impossible to reach a member of the team by phone, WhatsApp, or the tour operator's messaging system. Upon arrival, the reception was closed during the off-season, and there were no directions to our room. After much difficulty (having checked in online), someone finally called us (after spending over 30 minutes trying to find a solution). The employee who came to open the door only spoke German, so thankfully our phones had translation apps. Breakfast was basic but adequate. After all these disappointments, we were surprised to receive an email asking us to pay a bill... for a room we had already paid for. Ultimately, a complete lack of professionalism... what a shame..."

"For those of you that like us love the skiing in this area but maybe not so much the overpriced bedlam that is St Anton or Lech, then Stuben is a good choice. Direct access to a high and quieter ski area and easy ski access to St Anton or Zurs and on to Lech makes Stuben a super choice of location. Onto this hotel and it is a traditional gem. Lovely lounge and small bar, a beautiful spa, comfortable and beautiful rooms, and short walk to the ski lift or ski bus outside the door. We loved Hotel Arlberg in Stuben."

"We stayed at the Hotel Post in Stuben for the first time on September 6, 2025. Driving by, it looked inviting, and parking was available. The service was attentive and friendly, but seemed very stressed. My wife's salad was served with feta instead of Camembert. The garlic soup was yellow and contained no garlic. My Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) were very good, but unfortunately, they were completely cold inside. The serving dish was also cold. I mentioned this when paying, but all I got was, "Sorry, I'll pass it on to the kitchen." We decided against ordering coffee. All in all, well-intentioned but poorly executed. Great location, but the food is below average. Not justified by the price."

"The scenery is invincible. On the hillside of 1400 meters above sea level, the whole village is composed of more than a dozen hotels. Snow mountains, meadows, creeks, waterfalls, restaurants are exquisite (in a building with the front desk), the service staff is very kind, the room is an old traditional cabin, the sound insulation is naturally worse, But the scenery and breakfast are too pleasant. The cabin usually has no staff. Before check-in, call the front desk and they will inform the specific location and give the room key."
