"I visited a Taj Safari property back in 2011 when it was relatively new and now again in 2025. I'm glad to say that the Taj have maintained the experience to the high standards i remember. The property, location, people were all excellent (as always). The Taj property is almost inside the forest and built keeping nature in mind. The limited number of guests makes it a very personal experience and the Taj team is there to serve you without being imposing. The highlight is the Taj organized safaris with very knowledgable naturalists who add to the experience. I have been to 2 Taj Safari properties, and hope to do the remaining 2 soon. Every single person who works at the Taj seems to be focused on making your life as comfortable as possible. From Sukanya who helped with the booking, to Rashmi who coordinate the travel and other logistics remotely. At the property Shyam, Anil, Yuvraj, Lakshman, and Karan were great. So was the chef Kanhaiya (and the other one whose name we cant recall). A special call out to Krish / Krishna our naturalist who was a great guide. Thank you to each and everyone of those for making our family holiday memorable."

"We had a fantastic time at Pench Jungle Camp. Yash was extremely hospitable and very polite. He had answers to all our questions. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities. The camp is surrounded by trees and is frequented by lots of birds. The staff were present in the morning to load the jeep with morning breakfast. All the meals were fantastic, and a lot of credit goes to the chef and the catering staff. They even had a nice selection of wines."

"Gotam the Manager and the rest of staff were super helpful for our 3 night stay. They arranged transport to our safaris at Touria gate and let us have a late breakfast on our return. The food was great, no complaints but then we like Dhal, rotis and parathas! Gotam made us really a nice aloo gobi mater 😋. We would recommend if you on a budget like us, basic rooms clean with aircon if needed."

"True to its name, you do sight tigers in this resort amidst the woods which is very close to the Park entrance. A fortunate few spotted a tigress with cub ***** the nullah adjoining the property. We were a big group of 28 wildlife enthusiasts who checked in. The high point was the ever smiling staff who were always at hand to assist you. Right from morning wake up call, to giving you tea/coffee early morning before start of treks and packed breakfast - everything was perfect on the five days we stayed there. Lunch/dinner spread was sumptuous and very tasty. They serve non-vegetarian food only for dinner. There were liberal servings of chaas, Jal jeera and curd which was just what was needed in the peak of summer when the temperature hit about 42-43 celcius. There are ten wooden machans on stilts and about three suites. We stayed in a machan which was roomy and had an attached balcony overlooking the woods. You have plenty of bird life around the campus, not to forget mentioning snakes ***** the creepers. Though the path to the machans is lit, one has to be careful navigating it from the dining place. The toilets were neat and functional with sparkling fittings and bed linen and towels quite clean. If one were to nit-pick, though we were told there is a geyser in the room, it probably never worked and being May, it was ok. The other bit which was annoying was the sound generated when one walked over the floor. It did disturb the sleep. They should have some dampeners/sound absorbers. On the whole, high class service with a smile in Mowgli's land."
