"review of olive resort near turia gate, pench national park i recently stayed at olive resort near turia gate and had a mixed experience. positives: the staff is very polite and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. the ambience is great, with well-designed spaces and a relaxing atmosphere. the food quality is good, and the dining area is well-maintained. the poolside adds to the charm, making it a pleasant place to unwind. there is a huge price difference since my safari was scheduled for 6:30 am, they thoughtfully provided a breakfast box, which was kept at the entrance for easy pickup. negatives: the home allotted to us was not well-maintained from the outside. it looked neglected, with dry leaves scattered all over the passage and open space. despite being included in the package, early morning tea was not served in the room. the staff insisted that we visit the dining hall, which was inconvenient before an early morning safari. the checkout time is 11 am, which is not ideal, considering the morning safari lasts until 11:30 am. however, they were flexible enough to allow us to freshen up after the safari. verdict: overall, olive resort has good hospitality, food, and ambience but lacks maintenance in some areas. if they improve upkeep and offer more flexibility with early morning services, it would enhance the guest experience significantly. rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)."

"Gotam the Manager and the rest of staff were super helpful for our 3 night stay. They arranged transport to our safaris at Touria gate and let us have a late breakfast on our return. The food was great, no complaints but then we like Dhal, rotis and parathas! Gotam made us really a nice aloo gobi mater 😋. We would recommend if you on a budget like us, basic rooms clean with aircon if needed."
