"It's a two-story building with an elevator. It's beautifully renovated. The service is excellent. It's said to have existed among the rice paddies since the Edo period. There are many dining guests, both day and night. It seems that overnight guests are all here to visit the Ninja Village. My wife and I have been coming to this hot spring inn for over 10 years. Since the time of Emperor Tenmu, it seems that hot spring therapy has been beneficial for the elderly and sick. I put metastatic cancer into remission, and I'm still surviving six myocardial infarctions over the past 20 years. At Minatoya Ryokan in Shimo-Suwa, we learned that you should take a hot spring bath before dinner, after dinner, and before breakfast! We were forced to do so. If possible, taking another bath late at night is even better for sleep. Large hot spring inns like Oedo Onsen are hectic, and downtown business hotels like Dormy Inn are too expensive! It's a shame that traditional hot spring inns are on the verge of extinction. Unfortunately, the number of hot spring inns is steadily decreasing. I would like to say to all the elderly people, "Hot springs are great!" just like in a little walk."
