"I booked a single room for the night without meals, and it was very spacious and comfortable for a single room. In addition, each room had WiFI and a large bath. Of course, the bath and toilet were separate, and we were also able to use a proper hot spring, which was really wonderful. There was also a large refrigerator and a compact safe, which made me feel very safe. The air conditioner is quiet and comfortable. There was also a large parking lot, so it was easy to park even a large non-haku passenger car. There was a small supermarket 2-3 minutes away by car, so I didn't have any problems finding food even though I was staying overnight without meals. I would definitely like to use them again."

"The hotel is in a remote location with a quiet environment. It has free parking and friendly service. The indoor hot spring is clean. The other outdoor hot spring requires an elevator to go down to the first floor. The light is too dark and a bit dangerous. The dinner and breakfast are rich and delicious."

"Excellent service despite language barrier. They provide shuttle to and from to Kuju Forest ski resort. They even sent us to JR Bungo Nakamura station. Really like the private onsen. Will love to come back again on a driving trip during autumn"

"The hotel is good value for money. When I went out for a walk at night, there was steam everywhere. Parking nearby is really inconvenient. Also, there are no restaurants nearby. It is very difficult to get a meal without making a reservation."
