"Absolutely terrible, a hotel to definitely avoid!!! I had a special, unforeseen circumstance and health issue that required me to change my booking, but I was told it couldn't be changed. Then I applied for a refund, and they wouldn't give me a single cent back, all because of some non-cancellation policy. Over a dozen other hotels across Europe were able to issue refunds or change dates, but this one absolutely refused. They are incredibly inflexible and show no humanity whatsoever. Even when I asked if they could just refund a portion after deducting a handling fee, they still wouldn't give back a single penny. I paid over a thousand yuan for this hotel, couldn't change the date, and couldn't get a single cent refunded, even with special circumstances and health reasons. I sent countless emails and proofs, and made numerous phone calls, but they remained unyielding. This is simply **robbery**! Total robbery! I advise everyone planning to book this hotel to stay away. If you accidentally book the wrong date or encounter any issues, this hotel will utterly disappoint you. It's easy to take your money, but impossible to get it back, and extremely difficult to seek recourse. This is **daylight robbery**❗❗❗"

"It was a good stay, the best thing was they have mailed the travel pass which was very useful. The bathroom were smelly. And room can be cleaner. Also one positive thing was they had given towel."

"This hotel truly offers great value for money! The views are stunning, the air is fresh, and there's an exercise park just behind the mountain where you can take a morning stroll. We had dinner at the hotel in the evening, and every dish had distinct layers of flavor. You could really tell the chef's dedication from the presentation and the variety of options. I highly recommend staying here. However, if you have large luggage and haven't hired a car to go up the mountain, getting to the hotel can be quite a struggle. Even with the bus and small train, you'd have to drag your heavy bags along a gravel path to reach the hotel. But the hotel staff were fantastic! When we weren't sure how to get up the mountain, their colleagues kindly offered to help and picked us up from the bus stop. If you don't have large luggage, following Google's directions should get you there easily. It would be really helpful if the hotel could offer a shuttle service from bus stop #15, even if it's a paid service. This would greatly assist independent travelers."

"Great hostel and home Mr Ray is superb host, he is welcoming and friendly As I booked the hostel, He shared all information via email and sent me free travel pass Hostel is situated at Hill , easily accessable with local transport , near to main station and markets Hotel is clean Room I booked was 8 beded but the room is very spacious as compared to other hostel. Washrooms were clean and spacious ,shampo, soap and towels provided Bed was sufficient in size and blanket was clean and comfortable Check inn was easy but no checkout , just keep the key in the locker and can leave Kitchen is equipped with all amenities I was on trip for 4 nights and each night was in different city but this hostel I found the best Must recommend . Mr Ray has made friendly enivorment and all other guests were also friendly ."
