"Had a lovely family stay at Over the Hills Resort. The peaceful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere made it a perfect place to spend some quality time together. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and a great choice for a peaceful family getaway. Would definitely recommend the property and look forward to visiting again."

"I cannot praise this resort enough. Nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodation very clean and comfortable. Massage was amazing. The reception staff were extremely helpful and ensured we had a great stay. The waiters in the restaurant helped me with the menu and asked chef to cook me slightly altered dishes. The whole stay was lovely, can highly recommend."

"Our stay at Kayaloram was a disaster. Rude staff (name-JOBIN), a foul smell in the room, and safety concerns made it unbearable. The room was dirty, and the door felt flimsy. To top it all off, when we informed the staff that we couldn't possibly stay in such conditions and requested a refund, they were adamant that we pay for the full stay. We had booked four rooms for our group, and they showed no sympathy or willingness to even discuss a partial refund. In the end, we had no choice but to cut our losses and find alternative accommodations, essentially paying for four rooms that were completely uninhabitable. It's safe to say we will never set foot in Kayaloram again, and I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to steer clear unless they have a high tolerance for rude staff, safety risks, and rooms that smell like a neglected basement. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The resort is beautifully situated on a hilltop, offering breathtaking views of lush greenery and the sea. The atmosphere was incredibly calm and peaceful, with the surrounding nature adding to the sense of serenity. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The resort itself was scenic, and the food was delicious. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were very cooperative and assisted us in arranging backwater activities as well as transportation. I would definitely choose to stay here again if given the chance."

"We had warm welcome at reception, our room was ready & as per request ground floor. Room was clean with essential required. Staff was helpful & guided us properly. Restaurants is having good staff & good service with smiling face. Morning breakfast excellent. We ask for ala carta for dinner , quantity of food was sufficient according to charges & good test. Location excellent with back water behind hotel. Boating fascilty was there & reasonable price . My recommendation is do not try to go to private boaters & only hire hotel boat. Overall our stay for two days was excellent"
