"We were welcomed by the friendly staff. It's a narrow road entered from the national and prefectural highways, but it's not difficult to drive, and there are signs, so just follow it and you'll be fine. From the wooden deck, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the nature of Asagiri Town, and the only sound you can hear is the sound of insects. It was still hot at this time of year. There are no tourist facilities or convenience stores nearby. The dishes are made with plenty of local ingredients such as Kuma beef, sweetfish, and wild fish, and once you've had your fill, there's a gorgeous dessert! Still, it was delicious, so I ate it all. I think this is the perfect inn for those who want to forget the hustle and bustle of the city and relax away from tourist crowds."

"We visited here with friends visiting from the US and Switzerland. Onsen is from the natural spring, (turn the valve outside of the bath for more hot spring water) rooms are cozy, and dinner is full of the mountain blessings. Yuyama is a bit far but the quality of water, air and sky with shining stars make it worth traveling. We were glad meeting a very nice owner family. The area is perfect for jogging, hopping into other Onsen, eating at a freshly-made soba noodle restaurant, training at a village-owned well equipped gym and swimming pool. We went to Mt. Ichifusa for a forest therapy tour. We became a big fan of this beautiful village with warm and kind hearted people."

"It is a little bit away from the city, but if you are driving, then it is not a problem. The room is big, onsen is super, you have to reserve before 10pm, afterwards, you can free to enter if it is not occupied, and you can enjoy the onsen privately with your family only. Regarding to the price we paid, no complains at all."
