The most hassle-free part was definitely the shuttle service. After confirming the time with the front desk in advance, I was able to find the pick-up vehicle at Gate 3 of the domestic arrivals hall right after landing. It took about 5 minutes to get to the hotel, so even a late-night arrival was completely stress-free. The next day's drop-off for my early flight was even more thoughtful; the shuttle departed punctually on the hour and got me to Gate 4 of the domestic departures hall in 8 minutes flat, saving me any anxiety about rushing. They even offered packed breakfasts to eat on the way – truly amazing attention to detail. The room was an even bigger surprise. The facilities looked very new, with smart toilets, disposable face towels, complimentary tea, and even coffee-making equipment all readily available. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The bathroom was spotless with no odd smells, and there was plenty of hot water with good pressure. Plus, with decent soundproofing, I was able to get a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of travel. The surrounding amenities were also very convenient. There are rice noodle shops and flower cake shops downstairs, so you don't have to go far to enjoy some local flavors. The hotel also has a complimentary laundry room and a gym, perfect for doing laundry or getting in a quick workout during a layover. This clean, comfortable, and highly attentive hotel, offering excellent value for money, is absolutely the top choice for anyone transferring in Kunming or catching an early morning flight. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel was very clean and the environment was great. Since I arrived quite early and the previous guests hadn't checked out yet, the receptionist kindly processed my check-in first. To my surprise, less than an hour after I went out, she informed me that my room was ready and my luggage had already been moved in. So thoughtful!

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk of the hotel is very good and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location, there are many restaurants nearby, Huaqianfang and Colorful Yunnan are next to it, and there is also a free basketball court [sly smile] The environment is comfortable, the room is clean and hygienic, the Wi-Fi speed is fast, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable, the facilities and equipment are complete, and the cost performance is quite high. I will choose Yishang next time I come.

Good hotel. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room was clean, the towel was bit old as the edges were worn out. But it was clean and white and wrapped in plastic. So no issue using it. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Heating was good. Close to metro station

Their bed is particularly good to sleep, the key service attitude is particularly good, very good, the night shift lady and the morning shift lady are good, very gentle and patient, especially praise, the hotel is also very generous, their water is delicious, Jingtian brand, when I left, I asked for two bottles with the front desk. Really nice, the small robot that delivers things is also very powerful, very intimate, recommended, the price is very affordable to enjoy this service, I hope the store will keep it. The location is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and plenty of barbecue options nearby. In fact, there are plenty of food options all around, so you won't go hungry. The hotel is clean and the rooms are tidy; I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel breakfast was also good, with a wide selection, and I could eat my fill in a hygienic way. The front desk and room service staff were very welcoming and helpful, quickly addressing any requests. There's also parking available; it seems to be in the backyard since I didn't have a car. It's quite nice, and for the price, it's definitely worth it!
