Echarm Properties in Kunming

I was on a business trip here and decided to book at E-Shang since it's a chain hotel. I definitely made the right choice! The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby; it's practically the center of Hangcheng. The room facilities are complete, and the front desk even upgraded my room for free since I have a black-gold membership card. The room was very quiet, and every staff member was warm and had a great attitude. When I asked for water at night, it arrived in two minutes – super efficient! This brand hotel certainly didn't disappoint. There's free parking on the day of check-in, and the value for money is outstanding.

Facilities: A new hotel with excellent, smart facilities. Cleanliness: Very clean. I stayed for two nights, and the housekeeping staff came to tidy up in between. Environment: The hotel's environment is great, and it's very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The main attractions are all within walking distance. Service: Every day during my stay, they even provided a fruit platter and fresh flower cakes. The ladies at the front desk were all very enthusiastic and even offered a travel guide.

The hotel is in a good location, there are many restaurants nearby, Huaqianfang and Colorful Yunnan are next to it, and there is also a free basketball court [sly smile] The environment is comfortable, the room is clean and hygienic, the Wi-Fi speed is fast, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable, the facilities and equipment are complete, and the cost performance is quite high. I will choose Yishang next time I come.

Good hotel. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room was clean, the towel was bit old as the edges were worn out. But it was clean and white and wrapped in plastic. So no issue using it. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Heating was good. Close to metro station

The waiter was very warm, poured water, recommended delicious places. The room was clean, very bright, large in size, clean everywhere, equipped with toilet pads, very intimate.
