The most hassle-free part was definitely the shuttle service. After confirming the time with the front desk in advance, I was able to find the pick-up vehicle at Gate 3 of the domestic arrivals hall right after landing. It took about 5 minutes to get to the hotel, so even a late-night arrival was completely stress-free. The next day's drop-off for my early flight was even more thoughtful; the shuttle departed punctually on the hour and got me to Gate 4 of the domestic departures hall in 8 minutes flat, saving me any anxiety about rushing. They even offered packed breakfasts to eat on the way – truly amazing attention to detail. The room was an even bigger surprise. The facilities looked very new, with smart toilets, disposable face towels, complimentary tea, and even coffee-making equipment all readily available. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The bathroom was spotless with no odd smells, and there was plenty of hot water with good pressure. Plus, with decent soundproofing, I was able to get a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of travel. The surrounding amenities were also very convenient. There are rice noodle shops and flower cake shops downstairs, so you don't have to go far to enjoy some local flavors. The hotel also has a complimentary laundry room and a gym, perfect for doing laundry or getting in a quick workout during a layover. This clean, comfortable, and highly attentive hotel, offering excellent value for money, is absolutely the top choice for anyone transferring in Kunming or catching an early morning flight. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is really clean, and the room is very spacious. The bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom is also huge, with music available to make showering a real pleasure. The water pressure is excellent, and I was surprised to find they provide a Laifen hairdryer. Every evening, they even bring fresh flower cakes and fruit, which is a lovely touch – the hotel service is truly outstanding. But the best thing about this hotel is its location. It's close to everything! There are plenty of food options right downstairs, and it's less than a 5-minute walk to the old town, pedestrian street, and shopping mall. There are so many great food choices nearby, and even night stalls, so you'll never go hungry for a late-night snack. The hotel also has a washing machine and a gym, making it super convenient. The two-seater sofa in the living area was very comfortable. During the day, I could relax in the sun, and in the evening, I could curl up on the sofa to watch shows – it felt just like home. The bed was an even bigger highlight! The mattress was neither too soft nor too hard, and the duvet was fluffy and breathable. Even I, someone who struggles to sleep in new places, had a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding is changed for each guest and felt exceptionally clean; the attention to detail is truly impressive. What surprised me most was the 270° city view floor-to-ceiling window! During the day, with the curtains open, the entire cityscape of Xin' Asia Sports City and Luosiwan was visible, and on a sunny day, it was perfect for photos. In the evening, I could sit by the window and watch the sunset, which truly cured a day's fatigue. I must also praise the front desk service. Check-in was quick and thoughtful, and they proactively reminded us that the hotel offers special Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles for lunch. They even gave us a small souvenir upon check-out, really perfecting all the little details. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this e-shen Hotel is an excellent choice in Kunming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kunming!

The room is spacious and bright, the space is oversized, and the family of four is particularly comfortable and not crowded at all. The bedding is soft and comfortable, clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and intimate, the travel is convenient and cost-effective, the overall experience is superb, and I will choose to stay next time!

The price (208 RMB, about €25) and the central location—near Kunming Central Station and just a 45-minute metro ride from the airport—led me to book Echarm Hotel for one night. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and efficient. They accommodated our requests for two extra pillows and a room away from the elevator to ensure quietness. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby. We did not opt for breakfast, which is optional and costs 29 CNY per person. The room was clean and equipped with a kettle, three types of tea, instant coffee, and two bottles of water, although you can request additional bottles both in the hall and near the elevator exit. There is only one elevator, so you might have to wait or share the lift occasionally. The area is central and lively, very close to Dashuying metro station (I recommend Exit A as it’s on the same side of the street). There is also a local night market nearby (watch out for passing motorcycles and cars), located near the old tram tracks, continuing from Exit C of the metro. Nothing to complain about—the room was perfect. The only downside is the absence of a minibar, but this seems common in many 3- and 4-star hotels in China.

The location is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and plenty of barbecue options nearby. In fact, there are plenty of food options all around, so you won't go hungry. The hotel is clean and the rooms are tidy; I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel breakfast was also good, with a wide selection, and I could eat my fill in a hygienic way. The front desk and room service staff were very welcoming and helpful, quickly addressing any requests. There's also parking available; it seems to be in the backyard since I didn't have a car. It's quite nice, and for the price, it's definitely worth it!
