The good: · Reception staff were very polite and helpful. They offered to book my airport drop-off for the next day without any hassle. · The room was clean, comfortable, and good value for the price. · I actually liked the hotel enough to book it again for my return flight. The not-so-good: · The airport pickup was a major letdown. I arrived after 1 AM on a cold night and waited at the designated pickup station for over an hour before the shuttle finally arrived. Standing outside in the cold at 1 AM after a long flight is not how you want to start your stay.

The hotel is well-equipped and conveniently located near Kunming Changshui Airport, offering complimentary airport shuttle service. There are many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for travelers. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommend! 👍
