There is a bus stop near the hotel, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, making shopping and eating very convenient. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and the air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi are all very powerful. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to Cuihu Park, the old street paper-thin buildings, the popular Huang Gong East Street, and Yang Liping's Dynamic Yunnan show. Right outside the entrance are several bus stops, and bus number 2 goes directly to the train station, which is even more convenient than taking a taxi. In the evening, a stroll to Cuihu Park offers beautiful night views. The bedding is clean and comfortable, there's plenty of hot water, and large bath towels are provided, plus disposable face towels which are a nice touch. The TV has a few CCTV channels. There's no elevator, but being on the second floor is fine. The front desk service is very good. Overall, it's a place with great value for money.
