The room is clean and tidy, the housekeeper is polite and patient, parking is convenient, the security personnel will take the initiative to guide parking, the front desk is professional and enthusiastic, and detailed information about the check-in details is given, and toys are given to the children. Overall, it is great. Everyone can choose Ramada Hotel when visiting Yiling. The children had a lot of fun in the hot springs. I will come again next time!

The encore is located next to ”Play Street” where there are a large number of small and medium size restaurants. It is pretty far from ”Downtown Kunming” but between inexpensive taxis and DiDi (China Uber) it is easy to get to anything. About a 30-40 minute ride from the airport. The staff spoke little English but are used to translation software so be prepared. They are helpful and friendly.
