"This was my first time staying here, as I made a last-minute reservation. I parked on the second floor by mistake, but when I contacted the front desk, they came out right away and helped me out. I checked in late and checked out early in the morning, but the front desk staff was polite and I was glad. The bathroom in the room had been renovated, and although it was a little old in places, the coils in the bed were comfortable and easy to sleep on, and they had put a lot of effort into the amenities! It was the closest to the station, and it was easy to get to restaurants, so I'm glad I stayed here (^^) Thank you."

"I would suggest adding more English translations. All the signs are currently only in Japanese, which can be a bit challenging for non-Japanese speaking guests. Fortunately, the staff was proactive and used translation devices to communicate, so communication wasn't a major issue."

"酒店的位置還是不錯的，倉吉站下來一直往前走大概700-800米左右。對面是一個美食城，選擇很多，路邊有一家拉麪店很不錯，具體名字忘了，內景見最後兩張圖。早餐很貴我個人認為沒有必要，但是這邊除了便利店之外其他幾乎沒早餐（所以我們是便利店裡飯糰/便當/奶茶/酸奶解決問題，一樣好吃）。這裏去鳥取北榮町要在倉吉站坐大巴比較方便，可惜我們沒有趕上趟，打車過去3700日元，回來從由良站（柯南車站，也是一個景點）回到倉吉。酒店還提供温泉，很小但有這個服務就很驚喜了，見圖三。這個酒店就兩個問題：1.馬桶圈夏天也是燙屁股，不得不把電源拔了才能順利如廁，2.我們兩大兩小，不給加床，不給加榻榻米，甚至連被褥也不給加，令人心生不爽"
