"I visited this inn after seeing it on a pet-related TV program. It's especially perfect for cat lovers. When I checked in and entered my room, I saw the inn's resident cat, "Love-chan," relaxing on the roof! When I called out to her, she responded and came up onto the veranda. She was really friendly and adorable. Both dinner and breakfast were full of fresh seafood from the Boso Peninsula. The main dish, beef stew, was absolutely delicious! To be honest, I wanted to eat more. The baths were also very relaxing, and I enjoyed soaking in all three of them. The staff were also very welcoming from the moment I arrived, making for a comfortable stay. At check-out, the cats saw me off, and I returned home with a warm and fuzzy feeling."

"For my girlfriend's birthday, we usually choose from a variety of options and stay at hotels, but this year we decided to go to a hot spring inn with seafood, so we searched for open-air baths and seafood and booked this inn, which came up in a search. Since we were coming from Okinawa, we weren't too sure about the location, so we rented a car at Haneda Airport and decided to go somewhere not too far from the Aqua Line. We made a few detours and arrived after sunset, but we made it safely. We parked in the parking lot and walked to the building. When we opened the sliding door, two staff members greeted us. They probably have security cameras, which made me happy. After completing the necessary paperwork, they showed us a few yukatas and asked us to choose one. This is something you don't get at hotels, so it's nice. We were shown to our room and given a detailed explanation. A room with an open-air bath is incredibly convenient, as you can always use it. We chose the Suirenka room, a maisonette with a bedroom on the second floor. While the inn is close to the ocean, it's in a quiet residential area, so there isn't a direct ocean view. However, we're always seeing beautiful ocean views in our hometown of Okinawa, so it wasn't a problem. As soon as I stepped into the open-air bath, my skin felt silky smooth. Apparently, Awa Onsen is pumped up from ancient rock formations 600 meters underground. Rich in minerals from seaweed and other marine fossils, the sodium bicarbonate spring water has the ability to remove dead skin cells and impurities, earning it the nickname "beautiful skin bath." After relaxing in the bath, it was time for dinner. It'd been a while since I'd had in-room dining. The long-awaited grilled live abalone, whole local fish sashimi, simmered golden-eyed snapper, and I ordered extra spiny lobster—everything was delicious. The portions were generous and I was completely satisfied. I've included the menu and photos for reference. It was very helpful that the staff who delivered the food to my room explained everything about the dishes. The same person who served dinner also served breakfast in my room. The breakfast was quite varied, even for a morning meal. The rice was deliciously grilled in a pot, and I ate three bowls. The dried horse mackerel was the best I've ever eaten. My girlfriend said she'd taken me to many places before, but this was the best. It was worth the trip from Okinawa. Considering the room had an open-air bath and two meals included, I think it was great value for money. On the way back, we stopped at Kisarazu Outlet Park and took the Aqua Line back. I've already booked a room with a foot bath for next February."

"My kids and I love the place. It was near a supermarket with extensive products for an excellent bbq dinner. The place was huge with a big tub and amenities like washer/dryer, cooking utensils and others all provided. The only problem encountered was with check-in. As this is a self service type property, there's no reception and no communication was sent with regards to accessing the unit. We were lucky that the neighboring unit were local Japanese and helped us contact the property owner to sort things out. I strongly recommend that if you check with property owner BEFORE travel to ensure all details are received. Most importantly the access code for main door."

"The view was great, with the ocean right in front of us, with no road separating us. However, since it was a first floor room, we had to lock the balcony for security reasons, so we couldn't sleep with the window open, and the sound of the waves was cut in half, which was disappointing. The room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were plentiful, including extra bath towels, so we were impressed by the service that took care of our needs. The fridge was full of free drinks, and we were happy to find homemade yuzu sorbet and Haagen-Dazs. The only disappointing thing was that when we ate for two, we were seated next to each other in a semi-private room so that we could see the ocean, but to be honest, there were no street lights and it was pitch black, so we couldn't see the ocean, and it was a bit of a shame to eat while looking at our reflection in the window. If that's the case, I would have preferred to eat facing each other. The food wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad either, but we weren't satisfied with the amount, so we had to make do with snacks in the lounge. Both breakfast and dinner took a long time to come out, so I had to wait a lot, and I was tied up for two hours for one meal, which I thought was a waste of time. There was a foreign staff member among the waiters, and he spoke so quickly that I couldn't understand half of what he was saying, but he was friendly and tried hard, so it was fine. The surroundings were quiet and calm, and other than the food, it was like a five-star hotel."

"We stayed here as a family of four. The room was very clean and we had a great view of the ocean right in front of us. The food was also very satisfying. I imagine it gets very crowded during peak summer season. We saw people fishing and wondered what they were catching. It's only a little over an hour from Tokyo, so we'd definitely like to come back and play again."
