Zerof Guest House
"We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff is very nice and helpful, and it's easy to rent a bike with their help too. Our room was always clean. The restaurant is above, and beyond I recommend to take dinners too, everything with fish is very nice. 100% recommended. Also, the location is very convinient you do not have to bike uphill to reach it."
Le Repaire - Boutique Hotel & Restaurant
"Fantastic, definitely one of the best choices you can make in La Digue for quality and price."
Bernique Guesthouse
"Worse stay ever, staff is rude, as well as the owner. We had few very kind requests as I am pregnant, but owner replied that being pregnant does not mean that hotel will do anything extra for us, which we found being very rude. Place to avoid strictly. Besides, the bathroom was very dirty and towels were smelly and very old. Breakfast incomplete, no bread and no beverages."
Petra's Guest House
"Decorated with fresh flower petals, it's very exquisite. Although it's a bit far, it's relatively convenient by bike. The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious, and the butler was attentive and friendly. A villa with excellent value for money."
Cabanes des Anges
"What a beautiful property! The accommodation was spotless, and the little pools were lovely. The property is tucked away in a great location; although it isn't beachfront, the calm, sweet garden and the overall layout more than make up for it. We didn’t have time to try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it, but I’m sure it would have been fabulous. Great value for money!"
Cocotier du Rocher
"The boss is very nice"
Le Nautique Waterfront Hotel la Digue
"We had a wonderful stay at Le Nautique on La Digue and felt truly at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is warm and familiar, creating a very relaxed and welcoming environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. A special mention also goes to Precious, the adorable house cat, who added even more charm to the experience. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the team surprised us by beautifully decorating our dinner table with lovely flowers, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Our beach-style room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and perfectly suited to the island’s laid-back atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and always felt very well looked after. One recommendation for future guests: consider booking half board. The restaurant at Le Nautique is excellent, and in our experience, many other restaurants on La Digue did not offer the same quality or value for money. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend Le Nautique to anyone visiting La Digue."
Orchid Self Catering Apartment
"If you enjoy sharing your room with lizards, ants and spiders and not being able to sleep at night, then this is the place for you. We booked 2 apartments and the situation was the same in both so I can safely say it is applicable to all units. When we entered the room, we noticed that the beds were full of ants. We tried our best to get rid of them ourselves but they kept appearing out of nowhere so, naturally, we asked the reception for help. They simply stated that we are on a tropical island therefore bugs are a normal part and handed out a bug spray. Funnily enough, we had already spent 4 nights on Praslin, another tropical island, bug free. The apartment is called self-catering, however you cannot attempt to cook because of the ants. All the food needs to be put away immediately or in 5 minutes you are under attack. We also had lizards visiting during the night and a huge spider. The doors and windows are not sealed properly (1 cm gap under the outside door) therefore there is a constant draft, causing the windows to shake loudly (feels like someone was constantly trying to break in) especially during the night when the wind was blowing stronger, making it impossible to sleep. We had to resort to sticking some kitchen utensils to keep the windows in place and stop the noise. Even if the apartment is being cleaned daily, the overall state ruined our experience and couldn't wait to be out of there. Other aspects worth mentioning: - there was no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms and since the shower head is fixed, water would fly everywhere. - the electric kettle couldn't be used because of the rust on the bottom - one of the beds came without a headboard, making it uncomfortable to sleep in and causing the pillows to constantly slip. - the wardrobe door hit directly into one of the light sockets when open"
Le Relax Self Catering Apartment
"The environment of the room itself should be okay. But it feels like there are very few people living there, and everything from the front desk to the guest rooms is not very clean. The reason for the ecological environment is understandable, but it feels like there is a lack of daily cleaning and maintenance. Since dragging suitcases was far and inconvenient, we reluctantly settled in. The problem was not too big. The staff provided good service and patiently dealt with the hygiene issues. Very friendly and welcoming. But overall, I don’t recommend choosing this place."

Patatran Village Hotel
"for the first time in a hotel it feels like home! wonderful hotel, wonderful place that takes your breath away, uniquely kind and smiling staff. Thanks for everything and I look forward to returning again! the dinners, when they were a la carte, looked like they had a Michelin star. They try to make everything look good and it's very tasty"
Rising Sun Guesthouse
"The room is hygienic and clean, the geographical environment is good, and the service is also very good. It is very good to help with booking a car and making reservations for meals."
La Digue Island Lodge
"Stayed two nights at La Digue Lodge and had a great experience. The location is great—close to the beaches as well as shops and restaurants. Our garden chalet was clean, simple, and very cosy, and the hotel reflects well the natural charm of La Digue. The staff were welcoming and cheerful, and the atmosphere was very quiet, making it perfect to relax. The view and sunset there were absolutely magical. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet and a traditional Creole dinner during our stay. Would definitely recommend and happily return."
Le Domaine de L Orangeraie Resort et Spa
"We stayed one night on La Digue Island and reserved enough time for island tour. The biggest feature of the hotel is watching the sunset. Although the hotel is not luxurious, it is already the top level on La Digue Island. I am very satisfied."
Oceane Self Catering
"Initially we planned for 3 nights but later extended it to 4 nights and that was the best decision of our trip. The island of La Digue is beautiful and 4 nights helped us explore the full island at a laid back island pace on a bicycle and Oceane Self Catering was the appropriate place to stay being near to the most happening part of this island, very near the ferry, money exchange, banks, cycle rentals, bakery, supermarkets. bars & restaurants. Myrna is the life of Oceane Self Catering, very welcoming and ready to help you with anything right from renting bicycles to money exchange, she knows the island in and out. To sum it up we had a wonderful stay and honestly missing the laid back island life now."
Belle Des Iles
"Excellent location, close to a bus stop, a rum factory, and restaurants. The inner garden is very beautiful, highly recommended!"
Casa de Leela Self Catering Guest House
"While this hotel may not be right on the water, it is worth the extra 100m to get there. The facilities in the deluxe apartments are beautiful and comfortable. Great for a group of people as there are full kitchen facilities and refrigerator for all to use. They rent bicycles for a great price. Three pools are available for the days you don't want to go to the beach. All the employees are extremely helpful. (one friend got a flat tire on their bike and an employee brought a new one) (one friend left her phone by the pool as we headed to the ferry and they biked it down to the port for us before we left). Its close to downtown and to Anse Source de Agent"
Le Relax Beach House
"Le Relax Beach House was phantastic. Our room had a great view (seaside) and the meals were great. Especially Akash was very supportive and helped us alot."
Hotel Chateau St Cloud
"I cannot say enough positive things about Chateau St Cloud Hotel. I booked a one night stay there for my partner and my anniversary and mentioned this in the booking email. The room was stunning and they even decorated it and left us a few nice gifts in the room to celebrate the occasion, which was a lovely touch. The booking correspondence was easy, warm, and addressed all the questions I had. The staff at reception (and in general), were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. We were given a welcome drink and they escorted us to our room. The facilities were nice, pool was a decent size, and the balcony overlooking the pool was the best part. The room was spacious, bed comfy, and bathroom very suitable for a room of two. The breakfast was also a very nice buffet with egg/omelette station. A key highlight of my partners was the tortoises they have behind the restaurant. The location was about a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry port, or a 5 minute cycle on a bicycle. We have already booked a return visit."
Le Relax Luxury Lodge
"The Le Relax Luxury Lodge is a dream for someone looking for peace during his vacation. A little isolated from the nearest hotels, it is located on the northeast of La Digue . The beach is less than a minute away from the lodge and is simply gorgeous and empty of people ;). Only a few minutes’ walk away is one of the most beautiful beaches we have found (Anse Pate Beach), with probably the most photographed palm tree in La Digue. The waves can be a bit rough, but it pays off hundreds of times over. The room in the hotel was large and well-furnished. For breakfast, you could choose between an Intercontinental and an Indian breakfast. The. Indian breakfast takes a little longer to be ready. From the hotel to the harbor, it is about 20 minutes by bike. You can borrow bikes from the hotel, but they are without lights, so we rode through the night on the way back. It's best to pack a headlamp."
Chez Michellin Pensions Residence
"From the moment I stepped foot on the property, after an easy 10 minute walk from the ferry port, I felt at home. The room was just what I needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the fridge cold! There was a nice porch at the front to sit and relax after biking around the island! Breakfast was a buffet of cereals, yogurt, meats and cheeses as well as made to order eggs. They don’t rent bikes on site but have a place to do so down the road. Everything that you would need is in easy walking distance. If I ever return to Le Digue, I would definitely stay here again."
