Zerof Guest House ★★★
"Basic clean accommodation. No safe in room or reception. Valuables stored by shop manager. Good takeaway on site. Very expensive restaurant on site. Decent breakfast. Friendly but strict staff. Free transfer from and to port."
Le Repaire - Boutique Hotel & Restaurant ★★★★
"This is relatively the most comfortable hotel to stay at at this price. It's only about 600 meters away from the pier, so you don't have to pay relatively high taxi fares (you must discount taxis in the Seychelles, otherwise they are really expensive). La Digue is also relatively small, so you can explore the entire island by renting a bicycle. There is also the most beautiful beach here, and you need to pay a fee to go to this beach. But there is a sense that it can only be viewed from a distance but not played with. The scenery is beautiful, but the sand is relatively hard."
Bernique Guesthouse ★★★
"Worse stay ever, staff is rude, as well as the owner. We had few very kind requests as I am pregnant, but owner replied that being pregnant does not mean that hotel will do anything extra for us, which we found being very rude. Place to avoid strictly. Besides, the bathroom was very dirty and towels were smelly and very old. Breakfast incomplete, no bread and no beverages."
Petra's Guest House ★★
"A simple option for one night It was suitable for us for one night on the island. Pros: Location: 10 minutes from the port Breakfast: Quite filling. Staff: Special thanks to Julia! She was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags after check-out and even take a shower before leaving. Amenities: There's a shared kitchen where you can cook. Cons: Booking discrepancies: The voucher indicated a different address, which caused initial confusion. Furnishings: Very basic, without any extra amenities. Utilities: No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Shower: The water isn't very hot. Kitchen: Basicly equipped. We were missing salt, pepper, and oil. Some of the mugs were chipped. Verdict: If, like us, you just need a place to stay near the port without any special comfort requirements, this option is suitable. Julia's kindness brightens the otherwise austere atmosphere. However, for longer stays or if you value comfort and consistent amenities, it's better to consider other options. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos; I'm attaching one that shows the bathroom."
Cabanes des Anges ★★★★
"What a beautiful property! The accommodation was spotless, and the little pools were lovely. The property is tucked away in a great location; although it isn't beachfront, the calm, sweet garden and the overall layout more than make up for it. We didn’t have time to try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it, but I’m sure it would have been fabulous. Great value for money!"
Cocotier du Rocher ★★★★
"Absolutely fantastic"
Le Nautique Waterfront Hotel la Digue ★★★★
"The hotel is conveniently located, offers bike rentals, a small pool, and a good restaurant with a bar. The staff is very helpful and always ready to help."
Orchid Self Catering Apartment ★★★
"If you enjoy sharing your room with lizards, ants and spiders and not being able to sleep at night, then this is the place for you. We booked 2 apartments and the situation was the same in both so I can safely say it is applicable to all units. When we entered the room, we noticed that the beds were full of ants. We tried our best to get rid of them ourselves but they kept appearing out of nowhere so, naturally, we asked the reception for help. They simply stated that we are on a tropical island therefore bugs are a normal part and handed out a bug spray. Funnily enough, we had already spent 4 nights on Praslin, another tropical island, bug free. The apartment is called self-catering, however you cannot attempt to cook because of the ants. All the food needs to be put away immediately or in 5 minutes you are under attack. We also had lizards visiting during the night and a huge spider. The doors and windows are not sealed properly (1 cm gap under the outside door) therefore there is a constant draft, causing the windows to shake loudly (feels like someone was constantly trying to break in) especially during the night when the wind was blowing stronger, making it impossible to sleep. We had to resort to sticking some kitchen utensils to keep the windows in place and stop the noise. Even if the apartment is being cleaned daily, the overall state ruined our experience and couldn't wait to be out of there. Other aspects worth mentioning: - there was no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms and since the shower head is fixed, water would fly everywhere. - the electric kettle couldn't be used because of the rust on the bottom - one of the beds came without a headboard, making it uncomfortable to sleep in and causing the pillows to constantly slip. - the wardrobe door hit directly into one of the light sockets when open"
Le Relax Self Catering Apartment ★★★
"The environment of the room itself should be okay. But it feels like there are very few people living there, and everything from the front desk to the guest rooms is not very clean. The reason for the ecological environment is understandable, but it feels like there is a lack of daily cleaning and maintenance. Since dragging suitcases was far and inconvenient, we reluctantly settled in. The problem was not too big. The staff provided good service and patiently dealt with the hygiene issues. Very friendly and welcoming. But overall, I don’t recommend choosing this place."

La Digue Island Lodge
"Very good location, very attentive staff"
Patatran Village Hotel
"for the first time in a hotel it feels like home! wonderful hotel, wonderful place that takes your breath away, uniquely kind and smiling staff. Thanks for everything and I look forward to returning again! the dinners, when they were a la carte, looked like they had a Michelin star. They try to make everything look good and it's very tasty"
Le Relax Beach House
"Only restaurant we tried Nicely served veg food for Indians Courteous staff Indeed"
Rising Sun Guesthouse
"I booked Rising Sun Guesthouse on half board basis and never regretted my choice. Food was very good, especially dinner, which offered a chance to try some excellent Creole dishes. Room was clean and comfortable, A/C worked very well, WiFi worked well in my room, but it was close to the reception, and it was free. Another good thing was location – it was close to the ferry, reachable on foot even with luggage. On the other hand, it was close to Union Estate and very close to Veuve Reserve – both areas I was interested in. Of negatives – there was some noisy music from the neighbouring private houses, but never at night. Also, it is not possible pay with card – prepare cash."
Oceane Self Catering
"Initially we planned for 3 nights but later extended it to 4 nights and that was the best decision of our trip. The island of La Digue is beautiful and 4 nights helped us explore the full island at a laid back island pace on a bicycle and Oceane Self Catering was the appropriate place to stay being near to the most happening part of this island, very near the ferry, money exchange, banks, cycle rentals, bakery, supermarkets. bars & restaurants. Myrna is the life of Oceane Self Catering, very welcoming and ready to help you with anything right from renting bicycles to money exchange, she knows the island in and out. To sum it up we had a wonderful stay and honestly missing the laid back island life now."
Belle Des Iles
"Excellent location, close to a bus stop, a rum factory, and restaurants. The inner garden is very beautiful, highly recommended!"
La Diguoise
"We stayed 5 nights in La Digoise. The tropical garden adjacent to Veuve nature reserve is truly a quiet piece of paradise where you can see endemic birds and fruitbats in abundance. The owner and her staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable (and succeeded!). I also highly recommend to enjoy dinner. The creole food that is served is absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend La Digoise when staying in La Digue and wouldn't hesitate to go back!"
Gregoire's Apartment
"After staying here in 2019, we decided to book Gregoire’s Apartments again. One of the biggest advantages is that guests can use all the facilities of La Digue Island Lodge. This includes the breakfast buffet, the beautiful pool area, and the sun loungers directly at the beach. There is also the option to rent bicycles for only SCR 100, which is perfect for exploring the island comfortably. The rooms have unfortunately not been renovated since our last stay and are starting to show their age, especially the bathroom. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet is no longer as rich and varied as it used to be, which is probably due to the Iran conflict and the low number of guests. A major downside for us was the unstable Wi-Fi connection, and the fact that there was no Wi-Fi available in the restaurant during breakfast or at the pool. When we asked about it, we were simply told that there is no Wi-Fi in those areas.Overall, the value for money has declined since our previous stay."
Hotel Chateau St Cloud
"We came here for dinner and ordered a salad. Our new bikes were parked in a closed area of the hotel. It took two hours before we got the salad and the staff kept checking on us when we were still at the table. We felt that something was wrong and indeed. When we came to our bikes they had been replaced by old rusty ones. Shame on you for treating your customers like this. We will definitely not be coming back here and certainly not to stay overnight."
Le Relax Luxury Lodge
"The Le Relax Luxury Lodge is a dream for someone looking for peace during his vacation. A little isolated from the nearest hotels, it is located on the northeast of La Digue . The beach is less than a minute away from the lodge and is simply gorgeous and empty of people ;). Only a few minutes’ walk away is one of the most beautiful beaches we have found (Anse Pate Beach), with probably the most photographed palm tree in La Digue. The waves can be a bit rough, but it pays off hundreds of times over. The room in the hotel was large and well-furnished. For breakfast, you could choose between an Intercontinental and an Indian breakfast. The. Indian breakfast takes a little longer to be ready. From the hotel to the harbor, it is about 20 minutes by bike. You can borrow bikes from the hotel, but they are without lights, so we rode through the night on the way back. It's best to pack a headlamp."
Chez Michellin Pensions Residence
"From the moment I stepped foot on the property, after an easy 10 minute walk from the ferry port, I felt at home. The room was just what I needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the fridge cold! There was a nice porch at the front to sit and relax after biking around the island! Breakfast was a buffet of cereals, yogurt, meats and cheeses as well as made to order eggs. They don’t rent bikes on site but have a place to do so down the road. Everything that you would need is in easy walking distance. If I ever return to Le Digue, I would definitely stay here again."
Le Domaine de L Orangeraie Resort et Spa
"Ordered for a friend, it was excellent, the breakfast was plentiful."
Marie-France Beach Front Apartments
"Very nice apartment. Extremely clean, with daily linen changes. Very kind and helpful host. Abundant breakfast with fresh fruit, omelets, and jams. Central location, lovely terrace with sea view."
