"When we arrived at 5pm for check in, i rang the bell and a guy looking like he just woke up from bed attended us. He asked for my name, and he said 'ONE ROOM' in a very loud manner. I said 2 rooms in 2 separate bookings. And he said loudly 'ONE ROOM'! He then checked my booking and gave me 2 keys to 2 rooms. Hmmm.. he gave me a hand sign that the rooms were upstairs and before we could ask anything, he went back to the back room, which i assume he wanted to continue his sleep. Parking was limited to a max of 5-6 cars in one time so when we went out for dinner, we had no place to park when we came back. We had to squeeze in our car at the front lobby area which we made sure we did not block other cars. The worst part - the lobby door was locked due to safety at night. Which I have nothing against this. However, the number given on the door was not answered even after several attempts to call them! We were left knocking on the doors for an hour! Luckily, after one hour, a guest came out and helped us to unlock the door. I went straight to the back room looking for the owner and the owner looked like he just woke up from bed and was looking lost. The wife did apologize to us stating that they usually locked the door at night for safety reasons, and I have nothing against that. My concern was they left a number but after one hour trying to call the number, it was not answered! Imagine standing outside the hotel, or I can say motel, for over an hour in the dark with lizards and mosquitoes, and worst I had kids with me! What kind of motel locks the guests outside and goes to sleep soundly and happily??!! Breakfast was ok, it was served in the room. I appreciate this, after the worst ever experience in my whole life staying at a hotel which left the guests outside while the owner went to bed! One word of advice, since the owner loves to sleep a lot, please hire someone to sit at the front desk to assist your guests! Dont ever again leave your guests standing outside at night in the dark with the doors locked while you happily go to bed!"

"I don't even know how to describe it. The hotel is a perfect balance between price and quality. It's conveniently located. For the price, there are no issues with cleanliness or service. The staff is also excellent. The room is clean, and the sheets and towels are freshly washed. But don't expect anything more than a place to sleep. Incidentally, there's air conditioning, and it works. It's purely a place to spend the night. If it were more expensive, the review would be different. The pillows are "wooden"—we didn't get a good night's sleep."
