"Be careful which room you choose! We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. We booked by phone, speaking directly with the hotel to avoid any surprises. After checking in, we were assigned our room. Upon entering, we immediately noticed someone smoking inside, having locked themselves in the bathroom since it was the only room without a smoke detector. The smell was really strong (I wonder why the cleaning staff didn't report it!). I should point out that I'm 7 months pregnant (but they couldn't have known this) and have a two-and-a-half-year-old baby (they were aware of this). We immediately reported the situation, but a girl at reception claimed that all the rooms were already booked. We insisted because we couldn't stay inside, so two people came to check it out (not that it took much), and moved us to the next room... I'm leaving the photos because it's worth seeing the view from these first-floor rooms, sold as "mountain-facing," a room between smog (with bars in the room) and a view of the garbage dump (without bars in the bathroom). For a total of €500 (including parking and breakfast), without even deducting a single euro for the inconvenience, even though we requested to be moved to another room on the very first day, the response was that they were fully booked and it wasn't possible. Unfortunately, this greatly impacted our vacation. I can't imagine how one could possibly stay in there in the middle of summer with the heat. But I think this "detail" absolutely should have been pointed out at the time of booking: "the view is asphalt," because I would have either paid more for a different room or a different hotel. I'm truly disappointed."

"Arriving the staff greeted us with a very warm welcome and pleasantly surprised us with dog bowls in the room on a lovely serviette. Everything from the ambiance, decor, service not to mention sublime dinner, made us one hundred percent sure that we will be back. Even when the rain came down, we cosied up on the terrace with a drink. Nothing like opening up the windows to the sound of the sea and watching the waves caress the beach where you just forget which era you are in. Fantastic experience. Will be back!
