The room is not soundproof; you can clearly hear people moving chairs, using the bathroom, walking, dragging things, placing items, and talking. The LG air conditioner in the room is very noisy, vibrates, and runs loudly. The shower head holder is broken and loose. The key card access and room door lock work well, but you can still hear noises from the room above and in the next room."

Not so good if you wish to visit Lampang and don't have your own transport as getting a taxi is problematic, apparently. Food good, and overall for the price an absolute steal!"
