"We stayed in Suite 2and we absolutely loved it. The jacuzzi bath was out of this world. The communication was amazing from start to finish and they checked in near enough daily to ask if we required housekeeping and refreshments. The Suite was very quiet and considering you are close to the city centre, once your in the Suite/courtyard you can't hear anything, amazing. We were actually quite sad to be leaving but once we cover childcare we'll be booking again for next year and we cannot wait. Thankyou again Secret Suites, the best 4nights ❤️"

Premier Inn Lancaster

"Stayed for one night before a tourist visit to a nearby power station. Hotel has great access from M6 and into Lancaster / Heysham. Staff in the hotel and the Brewers Fayre pub restaurant were really good. We stayed in a Premier Plus room which was clean, quiet and tidy. The only reason I gave the review three stars is that the Brewers Fayre is in need of a refurbishment (e.g ripped bench seat cloths had been taped down) and the breakfast was ok but was not as good a standard as other breakfasts I’ve had in many Premier Inns."

"Fantastic studio flat, really well laid out and really well equipped and in great condition. The kitchenette was really good with good range of cooking utensils. It was spotless and it's in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the castle. Couldn't ask for anything better and I would definitely use them again."

"The room is compact, sanitary, and the bathroom is newer. Because the room is close to the kitchen oil fume discharge pipe, the restaurant on the first floor is closed at night and after breakfast in the morning, the pipe discharge is noisy, the room has a smell of oil fume, parking in the parking lot across the road, free and convenient"

"We booked a table at the borough due to it having good reviews, but I’ve got to say it was very average, nothing special. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the food was a real let down, very bland, our starter was the worst Camembert I’ve ever tasted, really no flavour. The pie was nice, but everything else wasn’t that good. The decor could do with a revamp, looks a bit tired, and scruffy too. It’s a shame this was our experience because the staff are lovely."

"Found this Gem of a hotel in Lancaster. It is situated on an ideal area. Close to shops and restaurants. Room was very clean and modern. I would definitely recommend and I most certainly would stay here again. We didn't opt for breakfast, but it was exactly what we needed. Very accommodating with parking solution too. Thank you, hopefully stay here again "
