"I can't speak highly enough of the friendly staff here. Great location as it's an easy walk to the city center. Close to a great bakery Gschaider GmbH Bäckerei-Feinbäckerei. Room was very clean and the air conditioning was very welcomed. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location right next to the station is excellent. As expected from an Ibis chain hotel, it's simple yet sophisticated. I stayed for four nights, and apparently, they don't clean the room or change towels unless you specifically ask, but even when I did, nothing was done. It's also a bit surprising that in a country known for its beer, there's no fridge or kettle. For these reasons, I'm rating the service 3 stars."

"It's basically a guesthouse; there's no front desk, you have to call and retrieve the key from a lockbox, so there's practically no service. It's close to the main street, so the soundproofing is terrible, with a lot of noise from cars and motorcycles. Also, there's no air conditioning."

"Perfect location. Great breakfast, Comfortable bed. A big star for each. Stayed here for a family reunion last year. Since ownership /management changed was disappointed to see that standards have dropped drastically. The staff are helpful but there are so few of them around. This weekend the overworked receptionist doubled as electrician trying to deal with issues such as the electronic key system not working and several guests locked out of their rooms. Meanwhile other arriving guests were waiting at reception with the phone ringing. This hotel feels like it is nose-diving down without a careful management eye looking at maintenance and details. I love this place but it is definitely not a four star hotel!"

"Great place to stop after a flight in to Munich. Good location between railway station (10 minute walk or short taxi ride) & old town (10 minute walk for restaurants & sightseeing). Although on a fairly buy road, good double glazing means traffic noise not a problem. Beautifully styled rooms, exceptionally friendly owners & staff. Stunning food presentation & quality....breakfast was a real treat."

"The Good: Friendly staff Close to local restaurants and bars Rooms of a decent size The Bad: No air-conditioning Although double-glazed, the hotel fronts on to a noisy cobbled road which, on a hot evening, creates a trade off between uncomfortable heat or open windows and a noisy night. Reception is not manned after 1830, which for a four-star hotel, is unacceptable. Bar and restaurants not open on a Sunday or Monday evening. The average: Breakfast could be more varied and substantial"
