"Lovely old pub, rooms cosy, a little bit dated but functional. The food was fantastic, we had dinner, can recommend the Lasagne, & breakfast had a lot of choice. They have a selection of books & games to keep you occupied which was nice Would stay again."

"Welcomed and shown to our ground floor room across the courtyard. A small room but very nicely decorated. There was outside seating directly outside window but not obtrusive. Had evening meal in restaurant which we enjoyed as very flavoursome but expensive. We both slept very well but found the shower in ensuite bathroom very small and we are not big people! Breakfast not quite as good as evening meal as husbands bacon could have used more time cooking plus the sausage was only browned on one side looking a bit raw. Toast was burnt! I was not asked if I would like a refill of coffee as a full small jug of hot milk was given but only had a small cup of coffee. A very nice stay overall, room very comfortable."

"Stayed one night in Withy cottage one on our way to cornwall. Key code entry. Lovely little place. Clean. Nice touches eg:fresh eggs from the chickens, loaf of bread, milk and a bottle of cider. Board games went down well with our daughter. Pet friendly. Lovely garden On our return from Cornwall we stayed in Withy Cottage two. In our opinion was more spacious and light, shower was lovely. We preffered cottage Two. Would def stay again. Friendly hosts. "
