"A somewhat dated hotel, but with excellent value for money. It is very nice that you can park so close by in the parking garage. Spacious room with neat, good beds and simple bathroom facilities. A nice place to explore the city or, like us, to attend an event at the WTC. We were welcomed kindly with a clear explanation. In the morning, a breakfast buffet with sandwiches, spreads, coffee, tea and orange juice, boiled eggs, dairy products, and muesli."

"Very beautiful hotel, lovely place. The hotel is really beautiful, and it is very convenient that you can enter everywhere with your phone. There is a small shop in the hotel with breakfast, but also food, drinks, and snacks that you can access 24/7. Really very nice. Beautiful rooms, beautiful interior. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy. You could hear all the main doors slamming shut loudly, as well as the neighbors' door. I think we were unlucky with the location of our room, so we heard the main hallway door on the floor, as well as the one downstairs and the door to the courtyard. And that is when you really realize how many people come in late... Otherwise, it was a truly super stay and nothing to complain about, but we were awake for half the night due to the doors and the noise disturbance. Once again; perhaps we were unlucky with the room (room 152), but otherwise, the hotel is really top-notch and highly recommended!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Notiz hotel. My room was very comfortable (particularly the bed), spacious, and spotless. Lights, curtains and tv all controlled by a tablet by the bed. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Great continental breakfast in the mornings; breads, meats, yogurt and overnight oats. Range of eggs and fry’s available from the kitchen. Pleasant short walk into Leeuwarden. Excellent service, fully recommend."
