"Nice room, nice interior, nice balcony, nice air conditioning, even though it's in the middle of the city. Needs improvement: Cleanliness of the room. I've already given a note about the towels and sheets to clean. The sheets felt damp and gray when we entered, with spots that looked like blood (?). The next day, after we checked out, when we returned the room key, it was inactive and we couldn't enter. Luckily, the staff was prompt. When we entered, the room was tidy, but the mugs weren't cleaned/replaced. The sheets, etc., remained the same. The towels had been replaced, but they were still gray. Check-out day: Breakfast was a la carte, informed of low occupancy (* yes, some hotels are like this, so acceptable), but we had to ask for juice. They would give it even though it was offered without drinks. And then the main course (ONE OF 5 MENUS) + requested juice + fruit slices (no need to request). Bless me. But the shower/bidet/sink water suddenly all got smaller and the hot water went out, luckily there was a WA communication for a la carte breakfast, so immediately WA and the water returned to normal. When I wanted to check out at 11, I went down to the front desk but no one was there.. I called again and again but no one appeared, there was no bell on the table that is usually there in hotels to call the front desk. Finally I saw a security guard outside, I asked him to call him and he had already gone in and came out again to inform us to wait... because he was being searched. I forgot to check the time whether it was past 12 because I was too late to show up, what is certain is that I was not charged extra. Blessed me. When I left the hotel... I looked at my phone and there was a WA from the hotel at 11:24 for a check out alarm which is great."

"Hotel is very budget as it doesn’t have fridge and even hair dryer. we called up the housekeeping and they said other guest is using it because hotel is only sharing 2 hair dryer! Wardrobe is smelly and only have 1 clothes hanger. One thing is the staff are friendly and attitude is good , have people answer the telephone. And also just below is the night food street which is quite convenient to look for food."

"Location is good, close to the city center. The hotel looks nice, is clean and has a nice atmosphere of an open courtyard with a garden. The room is clean and large enough, but - this lowers our rating by one star - one of the beds was a bunk and could not fold flat. We could not lie down normally which is not what we would expect from a hotel. Also there are thin light curtains only so we could not darken the room, it was light the entire night - this lowers our rating by one more star. Lastly there is hardly any soundproofing, the lobby carries sound and it comes right through the door into your room. Because of the “open courtyard” feel there are many people that want to hang out there until late at night and from early morning. We had to ask somebody late at night who was chatting there for hours to please be silent because we couldn’t sleep (which thankfully they did), but even then we had to sleep with earplugs in. This could easily be helped if hotel staff could actively try to quiet people down, say, after 10PM? But the hotel clerk just sat there doing - ? - whatever they were doing they were not keeping any kind of quiet around the noisy lobby area near the hotel rooms. So, sorry as the place looks lovely but we take three stars from our rating. If they hang up some better curtains, enforce quiet time at night (or soundproof the rooms) and - if possible - replace bunks beds in the family rooms, this could be so much more."
