📍 Bulevardi Gjergj Fishta, Lezhe

"Lovely hotel. Room, breakfast were top quality. I hadn't booked in advance but the wonderful receptionist who spoke perfect English was a delight throughout my visit. Lezhe itself is well worth a visit. A walk to the castle is possible rather than a taxi. I'm 60 and managed it."

"Since the day we arrived everything went the way it supposed to. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming (especially Eri and Bona the sweetest people we ever met), kind, and always ready to help, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh and flavorful options every day (you mustt try the sea foods and pasta’s). The beach was stunning—clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or taking a swim. Everything about the place was spotless and beautifully maintained, from the rooms to the outdoor areas. You can tell they truly care about every detail. It was one of those stays where everything just felt easy and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway!"

"I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly disappointed me. For the price we paid, I expected far better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely won’t be returning. They made us pay for a towel that was with toothpaste 20€"

"Bad experience with bedbugs. I strongly advise against the Hotel Triumf. During our stay, we encountered a bedbug infestation in our room. Upon arrival, the room seemed clean, but once night fell, bedbugs began to appear, including on my children's bed. I took a video of the bugs and showed it to the hotel manager, who insisted that they were just mosquitoes and that their presence was due to the fact that we had eaten in the room, which is inaccurate. Despite the clear video evidence of the infestation, the manager refused to accept the situation and remained defensive. After a long discussion, he decided to refund us, but also demanded that we leave the hotel at 1:30 a.m., along with our three children. We were forced to leave in the middle of the night, which was very uncomfortable and stressful. This experience was extremely unpleasant, and the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from management is alarming. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, as it appears unwilling to take responsibility for cleanliness and customer service. As travelers, we need to be aware of these potential issues."

"I asked about rooms with a view of the sea and they told me that there are none, there are only rooms with a view of nowhere. After a day, they posted a video of the room with a sea view on social media. So be careful, they are interested you to pay for the room that no one pays for and reserving the room with a sea view for clients who you think are of the highest rank. They don't deserve the money, garbage. ****** and prejudiced"

"We stayed here the last week of June! I'm totally disappointed and the hotel kind of ruined the overall look and feel of our family vacation. We got a room on the first floor, which has nothing in common to the rooms shown in booking - bad looking, cheap furniture, leakage on the wall above the double bed. In the bathroom, the faucet was partially out of order, causing bathroom floods. In addition, the slope of the bathroom floor is not towards the siphon, but towards the room. The result you can guess. Our room was not cleaned until I asked at the reception for toilet paper and soap on the 4th or 5th day of our stay. In result, three rooms were cleaned. The next door guests were unlucky, as the intimate shower faucet was also out of order and it seemed the cleaning lady didn't turn it off completely, so their whole room flooded, including their suitcases, shoes, etc, left on the floor. But this wasn't even the worst. The hotel staff gave a mop the guest lady and told her to clean the room herself. I took a picture, see attached! On top of everything, it was really offensive that the hotel staff went to the room to count the linen (pillows, towels, etc), before returning our ids, which they held during the whole stay!!!"
