"No underfloor heating! Only air conditioning for warmth, and the air is extremely dry! Facilities: I specifically looked for a room with underfloor heating before booking, thinking it would be good value, but upon arrival I discovered there was no underfloor heating, only air conditioning. Even after running it for over an hour, the room wasn't warm, and I caught a cold! It's unbearable to stay here in winter. You should tell the front desk in advance to turn on the air conditioning beforehand to warm up the room!"
