"After we checked out, they falsely accused us of damaging the stone on the window sill and asked us to pay for it. The stone was already damaged before we checked in and was taped shut. When they pointed out that there were still traces of tape on the stone, they gave up without saying anything. They didn't even apologize for the whole thing. They also asked why we didn't check the damaged parts and report to the hotel to change rooms. I'm speechless. I have to check the room in advance before checking in. This is the first time I've seen such hotel service. I suggest that friends check carefully before checking in, especially the corners behind the curtains to see if there are any damages, and report to the hotel in time, otherwise the hotel will turn around and accuse us after we check out. It's hard to explain. The room with damaged stone is 906."

"It was my first time staying at the Vienna 5.0 version. I was pleasantly surprised. It was the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. It was very new, with such a large room at such a low price. I went out without a charger and bought one. Who knew the hotel had one? The towels were all sealed. Although I also bought disposable ones, I didn't use them, but they looked good. I don't wear slippers either, but I looked at the soles and they looked like they hadn't been worn yet. The old version of Vienna gave me a very old-fashioned feeling. This 5.0 is great."
