Divine Heights Bed and Breakfast Lilongwe Area 43
"A beautiful apartment with a very spacious room. Would always go again!"
President Hotel at Umodzi Park
"The Presidents Hotel is an amazing hub that offers excellent hospitality and business services to meet the needs of every guest from all walks of life. Simply put, it is offers a memorable and wonderful Malawian experience of hospitality. "
Sunbird Capital
"Everything was nice. I liked the environment and most importantly, the food."
Bridgeview Hotel & Conference Centre
"This hotel needs a good coat of paint from the front gate and inside. The capets are threadbare The hotel does not deserve a four star rating as it desperately needs to be upgraded Eating area is dark and depressing "
Kaduwa Imperial Hotel
"Good sized room, great food and friendly staff. I recommend."
Bamboo Boutique Hotel
"Thumps up to the hotel regarding Cleanliness and hospitality. From Mr Chrishantha, the reception team and the restaurant, Mr John and team. My only concern is on the food which needs to be a bit flexible for the customer liking. The customer must be flexible to choose whatever they want for an example, if l choose any meat l should be able to choose any starch of my choice not that the menu is confined to a certain combo. Kindly consider revealing this please, Thanks"
Sunbird Lilongwe
"After being upgraded due to an overbooking issue at The President Hotel (I will review them later), I felt redeemed. Thr Presidential Suite is far away from reception, and my comments on the suite are: 1. Very far from reception! 2. Feels like a 1980's room... decor.... 3. Good bed 4. Small shower 5. Good AC 6. Old LG TVs The breakfast was ok.... My BIG ISSUE: A CHURCH GROUP SHOUTED AND PLAYED LOUD MUSIC UNTIL 04H00 IN THE MORNING (on a Friday eve - 23/8/24l)!!! I SLEPT 2 HOURS! I called reception at 02h00 but there was no improvement.... (the church people shpuld be ashamed at their behaviour and being so inconsiderate! "Do onto others......." I will never stay at this noisy, 1980's style place again!"
Latitude 13 Degrees
"I was here in October and I really enjoyed the latitude 13 burger and the service was top notch. Thanks to that lady who served me named Christina.Next time I visit Lilongwe I will definitely came again."

Woodlands Lilongwe
"Food is good 5* Accommodations 2* Problems with accommodation. Sink has two taps for hot and cold. Need 1 tap so can mix hot and cold. Unable to use two taps because the hot water will burn you. No soap, shampoo, etc caddy in shower stall, all placed near sink, need soap shampoo etc when using shower not sink. No heater, need this in winter nights. You advertise balconies, what's the point if no chairs on balcony. Waited 10 mins for receptionist to arrive to front desk to check us in. Breakfast tables not ready at 8am, they were still setting up, again delays. Only choice for breakfast is English breakfast, can't eat same dish every morning, gets boring. Have a few more choices for b-fast. No internet password given at check in, however paid internet access is advertised through skyband. Not good for a property that is located close to Embassies, which means business travellers, think about how necessary internet is. The relaxed way this property runs is suitable for Mangochi, not capital city where people come for business. Staff are good once you get their attention, and its difficult to get their attention because they seem to be daydreaming, experienced this when 3 tables occupied and 6 wait staff working. Presentation of breakfast lay out not too appealing, seems like setup is just for the sake of it. Ample parking and garden area. I normally stay at Sunbird and eat at woodlands, thought to try accommodation but not catered for persons on business trip, so will go back to staying at Sunbird and eat at woodlands, best of both worlds. It's the small things/improvements that are inexpensive to do but would make a world of difference. Note: I did not ask for my car to be washed. My car is coated with ceramic paint, which is showing many circular scratches, because person who washed it used a pail of water and kept dipping cloth in dirty pail picking up dirt in cloth and rubbing on car paint while wiping. Ask permission at checkin if guests want car washed. Worst thing, person who washed it is waiting at car to solicit tip. "
Kumbali Country Lodge
"You will not find a better place to spend your time! My wife and I went there for our honeymoon and everything was amazing from the moment we arrived! Customer Service was exceptionsl!"
Crossroads Hotel
Barefoot Lodge and Safaris - Malawi
"Camping-Beautiful garden oasis with brand new shower block and good reasonably priced restaurant on the outskirts of Lilongwe. Friendly staff. Individual BBQ stand and electricity-UK compatible. Nice looking lodges for hire but didn’t see inside."
Simama Hotel
"The environment is not good and there are too many mosquitoes"
Riverside Hotel and Conference Centre
"This hotel is very run down. The rooms are shabby, the bathrooms are not very clean. Water comes out of the taps brown. The restaurant is halal so if you want a drink you have to go to the sports bar next door. The swimming g pool is empty with broken furniture around it. The whole experience was not pleasant I’m afraid."
