"Terrible experience at this property! We booked a 3 night stay and only stayed one night since this was absolutely not what we had expected for a supposedly 5 star experience. This was supposed to be a relaxing trip with my mother and it turned out to be a disaster. By reading the reviews I see that others fell in the same trap as us. We were sold a stay at a Château and ended up in what might have been prior the maid quarters in a tiny and dirty room (photos included) 300 meters from the chateau. The manager there Lucie (who happens to also be the daughter of the owner) only cares about the groups that stay there and gives the worst rooms to the individual travelers. When we shared our concerns to her, she did not give a crap about concerns and was absolutely rude to us! Not professional with an arrogant attitude and she totally looked down on us. I stayed in many 5 star properties in my life as an executive traveling the world but this one is a total rip-off! There is not even a coffee machine in the room. They give you a tea kettle to make your coffee… and the cheapest of all they give you one tiny carton water per room (which would not even be enough for one person) and don’t replenish it when the room is cleaned. The restaurant manager on the other hand Kevin and Night Shift associate Mounir were absolutely kind to us so in a sea of disappointment we were grateful to have met them! "

"Hotel Le Nuage is a wonderful hotel for us for a stopover to or from the South of France. It is small-scale, cozy, and peacefully situated. The interconnected apartments are on the ground floor, and you can park your car right outside the door. The rooms are fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a door to the garden. Owner Camélia is very friendly and provides us with a nice draft beer on the terrace upon arrival. Simple meals are also served."

"The staff rarely smiles. The room is very small. We booked in the system of 2 adults and 1 child. When I came to check in, the staff said that in the notification system there were only 2 adults. The bathroom was small like going to the bathroom on an airplane. Not worth the room price at all. There is no refrigerator. Driving out to see various places is not far and very beautiful."

"We stayed overnight at Ibis Orléans gare in July 2017. The hotel is just opposite the train station, and a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The hotel was recently renovated and the room is nicely decorated, if small. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is larger than usual in an Ibis, only one towel per person. Service was decent, from welcoming to strictly professional. Parking is easy enough to find on the street for the night. Recommended for an overnight stay."

"We have been coming here 2 to 3 times a year for over 5 years. Great hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The boiled ham, in particular, is a highlight: deliciously dry and not sprayed with water like back home."
