This is a truly hotel that everybody must visit. All the staff are extremely helpful and speak perfect English. The restaurant is unbelievable and specially eating in the Terrace overlooking the golf course and unbelievable landscapes is magical that you cannot find anywhere in the world. Strongly recommend people stay in this hotel.All of the La Maison Younan hotels are beautiful."

"I booked a suite for 3 people and had to sleep on the worst sofa bed ever, you could feel every metal rod and the toilet flushed continuously through the night. 2 days after complaining to hotel staff and I have still not heard from the hotel back. The restaurant staff were under trained although the girls at least were friendly, the maitre you could have slapped. I booked for 3 people and he kept on badgering me for not booking for 3, it was the last straw. "

"This property is directly across the road from the central Orleans train station and a 10 minute walk from the old city centre. In short, its location for a tourist is excellent. The hotel is good 3 to 4 star standard - clean, comfortable, good bed and bathroom, and reasonably priced. Rooms are small (by our Australian standards, at least) and there is a shortage of clothes storage and hanging space. Apart from that, we found this Ibis to be very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, both in range of foods and drinks offered and price. The dining room was spacious and comfortable. All members of staff with whom we had contact were excellent. That included the cleaner whose English was as non-existent as our French. Through some charades and sign language, we were able to understand each other and she proved her side of the understanding by doing just what we requested, when we requested it. Full marks, both for dealing with linguistically-challenged tourists and for her subsequent service. (So, Ibis, if you're watching - 5th floor on 3-5 Jan - your room service lady deserves a raise:) She was the best exemplar for your brand we came across.) Overall, we were very satisfied with our three night stay. This Ibis was very convenient, clean and comfortable and provided very good service at an excellent price."

"I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and do not recommend it at all! It is definitely not worth the high price. We paid a lot of money for breakfast for 3 people, and it was an absolute disaster. The seating area was extremely limited, and they ran out of basic food items like bread and milk. Even though I specifically asked for milk for my child’s cereal, the staff treated me with total indifference. There were barely any food options, especially for a young child.To make things worse, there was a complete lack of privacy and respect. The housekeeping staff walked straight into my room without even knocking on the door, waking me up from my sleep. It was a horrible experience.The worst part, however, happened when we were checking out. The elevator was out of order, and I received absolutely no assistance. When it was time to leave, I had to carry my child in my arms all the way down from the third floor, and then make 3 separate trips up and down the heavy stairs just to haul all our bags down. When I asked the staff for help with this, I was ignored and treated with complete carelessness yet again.It is unacceptable for a hotel that charges high rates to offer such terrible service and have such an unhelpful attitude. This was an exhausting and highly unpleasant experience! I will never return."
