"The hotel is fairly easy to access in the center of Lomme, both by car and public transport. The rooms are rather small but still comfortable. Perfect for a short stay. Cleanliness is okay. The rooms are relatively small and offer little storage space. The same goes for the bathroom, basic but with everything you need. The bedding is also of good quality, although the mattress toppers slip on the mattresses. The double rooms consist of two mattresses, which isn't always comfortable. The hotel itself is pleasant, and the lobby is nice. The reception is still rather basic; sometimes you're greeted at a corner table... Basic but adequate. The breakfast has declined somewhat between guests; the staff isn't very attentive, so you can wait a long time for the food to be replenished. This is often the case with eggs and bacon, which are replenished in small quantities (a little more planning based on the hotel's occupancy level would be appreciated). There's only one coffee machine, which can also lead to a wait. In short, while nothing is bad, the breakfast service is clearly the weak point of this establishment. It should also be noted that there are no checks... Strange, isn't it, given that it's supposed to be free? On the practical side, the hotel has parking for €8 per day. Would we return? Yes, definitely. The hotel remains affordable for stays in the area, and being 15 minutes from Old Lille is convenient."
