I asked the hotel to come and check, and waited for almost half an hour, making several calls to urge them. They couldn't fix it and offered to change rooms, but the air conditioner in the new room also wasn't heating. It was already 10 PM, and I didn't want the hassle anymore, so I didn't ask for a room change. By then, I was feeling cold all over and showing signs of a cold. I contacted Ctrip customer service and the hotel, requesting medication. After several rounds of communication, they finally agreed, but the medication didn't arrive until around 1 AM, and I had to sign a waiver. This is the service and speed of a hotel. I didn't sleep well all night and checked out at 8 AM the next day (I checked in at 5 PM the previous day). When I checked out, I was coughing badly, and the front desk didn't even acknowledge me or say anything. I asked for a refund, but they refused, only offering a bottle of red wine, which they didn't even offer proactively; they only brought it out after I asked. Can I accept something so insincere? Of course, I couldn't accept it. I was sick, and after leaving the house, I realized I had driven away and didn't know how to get out. I had to go back to ask for directions. There was absolutely no proactive service; the service was completely unbecoming of a five-star hotel. Neither of the two managers showed up throughout the entire incident. They didn't treat their guests like royalty, acting like they were above everyone else. They acted like the hotel owners were God."

A few friends came out to play together and entertained at night. It was really relieved. The bed is also very comfortable to sleep. They even provided several bottles of water in the room every day – so thoughtful! 👍 The Xiaodu smart system is really great. The room was generally clean, and they even provided a refrigerator and disposable toilet seat covers. I recommend this hotel when visiting Longchang."
