"I had low expectations for this stay considering price, location and ratings. The room and property fell well below those expectations. The room was dated, which was fine, but it was also dirty and unkempt. Starting at the entry, something had run down the outside of the microwave and was never cleaned. The phone was sticky and gross. Bedspread, sheets, carpet and furniture had holes in them. The bathroom was the worst - mold on ceiling, which also looked like it was buckling. I used a whole can of Lysol wipes, mostly in the bathroom, to make it tolerable. Every wipe was filthy when I finished. Also junk cars, feral cats, a pool half full of dirt(!) and some unsavory characters around. We hung out in the room but slept in our van. Won't be back at any price."

"All in all it was a nice place.Close to food and gas,breakfast was great.The only issue with 118 was there was stains on the bathroom walls around the toilet and behind the tv cabinet,also bottom trim on tv cabinet was broken or missing.Friendly check in."

"A place to lay your head for a night or two while traveling. I stayed one night while in town for a little personal business. The front desk clerks were friendly, professional, and efficient. The lobby was clean and inviting. Being the cooler months, the pool was closed. The continental breakfast was simple but nice. I had a waffle, yogurt, and a banana. The room I had was very large, and the bathroom was enormous! The room was nicely made up, the linens clean, and the bed comfortable. The upholstery on the desk chair definitely showed it's age, and for some reason the carpet around the desk was crunchy - maybe a spilled drink? Overall, a good value for the price I paid. I would stay here again if business brought me this was again."
