"We stayed in a two queen room and it was spacious and the bed was comfy. The updates give the hotel a nice fresh and welcoming look. Both women who checked us in and out (wish I could remember their names!) were wonderful. The woman who checked us out even recommended we stay at their sister hotel in St. Ignace the next time we’re in Mackinaw. The breakfast was great with a ton of options. I love the fact that fresh cookies and popcorn are made everyday for the guests. Their little gift shop is super unique too. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!"

"4 because of poor lighting, except in the bathroom, otherwise a very nice room. No elevator. Adequate 120 outlets. Refrigerator was larger than most with a freeze compartment. The room was clean with a nice bathroom. The shower was one of those that are half open, no door. These make for a drafty shower and water tends to get on the floor. I do not like them. It was not a large room but large enough for a queen bed with room to sit and move around. Good location. I may have stayed here several years ago."
