"Check-in time was at 2 PM, and we arrived around 3:30 PM. However, upon arrival, our room was still being cleaned and we were asked to wait until 4 PM before we could check in. We requested a late check-out extension, and the staff kindly allowed us to stay until 1 PM the following day. When we finally got to the room, there were no towels provided, so we had to request them separately. We also experienced very low water pressure in the toilet. Maintenance responded immediately after we reported it, but unfortunately, they mentioned that there was little they could do since the building is already quite old. Instead, we requested a pail so we could store water for flushing the toilet. On a positive note, the beds and linens were clean, neat, and very comfortable. Overall, it was still a good stay. I’m only sharing this feedback in the hope that the facility and service can continue to improve."
