"Stay for 1 nights at this hotel. My room at second floor with window facing seafront. Enjoy the scenic sea view very much. Hotel easy access to bank shop eateries and ferry terminal. Only one small problems. Room have a lot of mosquitoes. The front office provide with spray repellent. Hope the hotel will spray first before customer check-in."

"Strategic location with great customer service. However, I notice at late night whereby 2 out of 4 pillows dirty with unpleasant scent (saliva and sweat). I have to sleep with 1 pillow and struggle not to flip or put my hand beneath the only pillow due to the contact with dirty pillow. Good breakfast and service despite hotel room fee very cheap. I believe hotel room fee may increase after room maintenance in place (Seriously). It is a strategic location with great scenery view. Room maintenance floor by floor or room by room in align with booking capacity shall help to secure ‘returning customer’. Thank You"

The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, always ready to help with any questions. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. "Had such a wonderful anniversary getaway at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut ❤️The resort was peaceful, beautiful and perfect for a relaxing escape from busy life. Loved the stunning sea view, clean room, delicious food and the warm hospitality from the staff throughout our stay. The pool was amazing and our child really enjoyed the Kid’s Club too 🥰 It definitely made the trip more family-friendly and enjoyable for parents with kids. Just a small suggestion — it would be even better if the Kid’s Club could include a mini playground or small slide for children to play 😊 Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration so special ✨ Definitely looking forward to coming again!"

However, the hotel staff contacted me immediately after making the reservation and gave me detailed information such as tourist information, which was very helpful. "The hotel room is very small, at first we get a double bed room without windows. The air conditioner was not functioning. When we told the receptionist, she change a double bed room with windows for me. Very disappointed as the air conditioner is functioning but not cold. Luckily we can open the windows to get some natural wind. This is the only downside. The breakfast only has nasi lemak and bread. It is acceptable as the room price is cheap. Anyway, the location of the hotel is really good, walking distance to Jetty, Lumut waterfront, KFC , restaurants and all the snack shops."

"It was our second time staying here. The hotel is near the teluk batik beach and marina Pangkor. A lot of eateries and convenience stores accessible by foot. The room was spacious. The bathroom had a good water pressure. Need to improve on the hygiene aspect especially in the toilet. There was no lift provided. It was a good budget stay."
