The laundry room is on the roof, not indoors. It's suggested that one or two lights be installed in the laundry area, using spotlights away from the washing machines for illumination, as it's difficult to see anything at night. The breakfast selection is somewhat limited."

"This cliffside guesthouse in Nujiang offers an amazing experience! The private balcony of our room directly faces the Nujiang Gorge, providing breathtaking views of the green mountains shrouded in mist and the winding river. By day, the mountains are lush and vibrant; by night, the forest path lights glow softly, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was clean and elegant, with large windows offering excellent natural light. The public lounge area also boasts expansive views and is a very comfortable place to relax. A special thank you to front desk staffer Xiao Yang, who handled our check-in efficiently and was incredibly patient and helpful with all our questions about local attractions. Her service was truly thoughtful and attentive. Tucked away on the mountainside in the gorge, it's a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Lushui!"

"The room facilities are very good, with floor heating, and it is very dry with a humidifier, but I don't think it is very useful. Overall it is good, but the smell of the toilet is a bit strong, and I forgot to put my shoes in a place without floor heating, so they melted my shoes. "The insect control is terrible! The location is by the river, surrounded by lush vegetation, but the windows don't have screens, just curtains, which offer absolutely no protection against insects. Also, the door has no threshold or bottom strip; the 5-8mm gap at the bottom allows insects to easily enter and exit. I was woken up in the middle of the night by strange noises, and when I got up, I found a 5cm cockroach! I was furious!"

"Open the window and you're right on the Nujiang River – now THIS is a true 'river view room' with a ceiling-level view! The room was spotless, and the location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps out the door is a viewing platform, and you can see the winding river right from your room. Even more delightful was the rooftop terrace; the air up there just felt so free. If you're coming to Bingzhongluo/Nujiang, this place is an absolute must-stay!"

"The service was excellent, the front desk staff were friendly, and the auntie who cooked rice noodles for breakfast was very welcoming. The hotel environment was lovely; the Nujiang River promenade was just across the street. We had lacquer-oil chicken for dinner at the restaurant behind the hotel, and after our meal, we went for a walk along the Nujiang River. The hotel has its own underground parking; just tell the front desk your license plate number when you check in. The rooms were large, clean, and had balconies. We were lucky enough to stay in a room with a view of the Nujiang River at night. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Lushui."

The bedding was incredibly comfortable; after a long day of travel, I couldn't even remember the fatigue. The hotel was clean and the service was superb! The hotel staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, the rooms were cozy and spacious, the hotel's location was excellent, and the room price was very reasonable – great value for money! I received more than just a comfortable and pleasant stay; I also experienced the warmth and charm of local life – absolutely wonderful!"

"Pros: The environment is great, with a fantastic view. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of the Nujiang River, providing both river and mountain scenery. Cons: The hygiene is concerning. The faucet on the sink wasn't wiped clean, the handheld showerhead in the bathtub was missing, there were stains and even bloodstains on the bedsheet, and a hair on the pillow. I'm not sure if the sheets weren't changed or if they weren't cleaned properly during laundering."
