"I had to change rooms 2 times, because the first room had a broken smoke detector which beeped all the time, also I think someone was smoking there. The second one had a jammed door, unusable. So I got a third room which was okay. A bit dirty, though. Surprisingly someone put all kinds of food on my front door with fresh fruits. I really liked that part. The service is friendly and helpful."

"This is my favorite holiday inn. There is an older gentleman at the front desk. He is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. He is also the only one among the nearly 10 Holiday Inns that does not charge a deposit. The only lobby has bookshelves and books. Yes, other facilities are the same standard of holidayinn."

"It was absolute ****! Although the concierge was amazing. But the services were poor. Firstly Gym isn’t working. It’s under maintenance. Should have checked it out or given in automated messages when booking is done Secondly Room services isn’t done. No bed or anything despite of telling the service person in the corridor. Spoken to two different people at two different time. Nothing happened When I got back and saw the same bed and towels as I kept it. I gave informed the concierge they couldn’t do much rather offer breakfast. Which i appreciated."
