Andaz Properties in Macau

This has to be the best value-for-money Andaz I've ever stayed at! Checking in on a weekday was such a treat! 💚 Room Experience: The layout was well-designed and the flow made perfect sense. The soft furnishings and bedding were clean, comfortable, and relatively new. The first round of the mini-bar was complimentary, including drinks, snacks, a Wing Kee Bakery gift box, and special souvenirs (like stylish slippers and eye cream). The kids' amenity kit was complete, even including a toothbrush cup (super cute). The staff set up a small tent in our room; even though the deluxe room wasn't huge, setting up the tent didn't hinder movement. 🤎 Service and Details: The service was professional and meticulous. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for being warm and efficient. They even prepared a cake for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. 💙 Special Facilities and Benefits: The gym and indoor pool facilities were new and offered a great experience. The hotel also provided complimentary tickets to the 'Grand Resort Deck' water park and 'Kids Zone'. The lobby features a 'Andaz Lounge' area with complimentary refreshments, and in the evening, there's a happy hour with snacks and drinks.
