"Let me start off by saying this hotel has it all ( location, cleanliness, staff, proximity of restaurants etc.) I am a lifetime titanium elite and travel extensively. During my travels I have only posted a couple of reviews, yet I must give Dalandus Knox a shout-out. This guy has amazing customer service skills, we past him several times in the hotel and he always looked us in the eye and said "hello, how is your stay". Additionally, he stepped up investigated and resolved an issue we had during our recent stay. Courtyard Madison, is fortunate to have Mr. Knox on your team. Again, I normally don't pass out compliments very often, but this gentleman get's A++!"
