Everything was neat, organized, and exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and always happy to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was better than I expected, with a good selection of local and Indonesian dishes, and everything was fresh and tasty. The location is another strong point. It's right in the city center, making it easy to get around and explore Madiun. I was actually surprised by the city itself—Madiun is a very underrated destination. It's clean, easy to navigate, has plenty of good local food, and offers a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for a short getaway. Overall, this hotel provides outstanding value for money. I had a very pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again on my next visit to Madiun. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers."

"We were given rooms in smoking floor although we have requested non-smoking rooms. Breakfast was mostly cold. They should pay attention to manage dining area's air conditioner and how to keep the food warm. Other than that, it was okay."
