Already told the manager in the reception, but no any follow-up action was taken, no apologized letter, no replacement. Luckily I spot it before my kids touching or eating. Couldn’t imagine consequence how we continue our summer long vacation For the location, it’s far away from city center. Definitely, not recommend to others. One positive comment, the staff in breakfast session were nice and friendly."

"I stayed at this accommodation for work reasons and, unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The room I was assigned did not match the description provided at the time of booking. There was no mini-fridge, despite it being clearly indicated that this equipment was included. The welcome package, which was supposedly available, was also missing. I contacted customer service, who informed me that the room "was not entitled" to these items, which completely contradicts the information in the confirmation email and link I received. After a long trip, and being in a professional context, I was forced to go out in search of something to eat and drink—something that would have been avoidable if the promised conditions had been met. It was a very unpleasant situation that I consider unacceptable, especially when it comes to a paid service. I do not recommend it and I am unlikely to return."
