"We've been coming here regularly for Christmas brunch in recent years and were usually satisfied. This year, however, was very disappointing. Due to illness, we wanted to cancel in advance, as several family members were affected. We were told that the brunch still had to be paid for in full, with the explanation that staff had already been scheduled and supplies purchased. To avoid the costs, we ended up showing up while sick, something we really wanted to avoid. Unfortunately, the experience was disheartening: inattentive service, a clear sense of mass production, and only average food quality for €59.90 per person. Particularly annoying: water wasn't included. It was placed on the table without being asked and later charged separately – opaque and not customer-friendly at all. We've decided: we will neither have brunch here again nor attend any other events. It's a real shame; this is how you lose long-time customers."
